    I am glad I found you on the internet. I think you have put me on the right track for healing. I have the exact pain . But sometimes the pain and tingling and numbness goes down my leg into my shin. Most of all the severe pain is on my back at the waist line, right side and also goes into my groin. Thanks for the video. Much appreciated.

    I sit on western commode for a longer period and suddenly pain got start on left leg at portion which touches the commode , got physiotherapy but the pain increases it now on front of thigh and inner thighs. But your excercise look very helpful. Will do and try.

      Tried every stretch for 3 mins for 5 times in a day.results were in two days.95 % no pain right now.

    Sir Meri age 32 hai. 2-3 months pahle mujhe left leg me pain shuru hua jaise muscles downwards strained ho rahi ho. Doctor ne vitamin B12 ke injection Aur Kuch pain killers diy. Dheere pain back of thigh and hip region me shift ho gaya. Doctor ne Kuch aur pain killers n Vitamins ke capsules diy. Aaram to Mila but medicines Course over hone ke bad dard as it is ho jata Tha. Last time doctor ke pas gaya to usne physiotherapy suggest ki . Thoda Aram laga but ab meri problem ye Hai ki ek bar baith Jane ke bad uthne me hip n back of thigh Aur side bone of thigh me painful jakdan Hoti hai. Ajeeb sa dard uthta Hai Jo thoda Walk ke sath subside ho jata h. You tube pe Maine hip bursitis, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, dvt, vericose vein etc almost har possibility ko explore kiya. Exercise bhi Roz Karta hoon but dophhar hote hote uthkar baithne me ya bike se utarne me waisi hi jakdan Hoti h. Sir please help, Kindly tell me what it could be? Which exercises should I do or what kinda treatment I should get? To add more, mujhe frequent UTI hota Rahta hai, last 2-3 months se UTI ka treatment bhi Chala tha parallely. Does this pain have anything to do with UTI or kidney?

      @@zeeyt8047 I got an MRI done then showed the same to Dr Varun on what's app followed by telephonic chat with him, he suggested me some exercises available on his TH-cam channel. Then I did the same exercises, finally got relief.

    I v this pain because of corns under my feet 🦶 in winter they became very painful so my walking style changed and sevior pain in my right groin ll try this
