The hardware store story seems a little stupid. The guys knows his shit, was great to the customers, and didn't say anything inappropriate around them. Admiring women isn't something a CEO should give a shit about if it's not impacting the customer experience. He wasn't harassing other employees, wasn't saying inappropriate things to customers, was just trying to enjoy his job in his own way. The CEO really needs to just let that one go.

i feel sorry for jacqueline. In the video she challanges someone who has not paid his membership fee. She has clearly mentioned this before to the customer but he just tries to dismiss it by saying he will "pay tomorrow" and tries to walk away presumably to use the gym. When she confronts the customer and let him know that is not acceptable she is portrayed as her behavior is unacceptable. I really don't understand why though as she says she had the discussion with him before but it appears he still had not taken action to pay membership

@lewthrasher5865 I didn't hear her swear to be honest, but when I listened again I could see that a word had been censored out. Even so I don't think she should lost her job over that. Clearly the "customer" had been told before and was still trying to use the services without paying, and even said "I'll pay tomorrow" when confronted and tried to walk away. The franchise owner came across as a "yes man" in my opinion, maybe I am wrong about that, but that is what I thought.
Sorry but if anything she should have just being given a warning in my opinion. I personally would employ her.

@@mysteryman5826 If you watched the entire episode you would have seen she was doing whatever she wanted and was completely ignoring company policy. She acted as if it was her company and it wasn't. Everything she did on that episode was toxic.

@tdowdy111 I just googled it for more of the video, and saw enough to admit that I was very wrong feeling sorry for her.
She was a bully and did not do her job properly. She was also disrespectful and rude to say the least. If I was working under her we would certainly have had "words" if you get my meaning.
