- Welp! It had to be done. After reading comments about other 701 riders saying their bikes were so easy to wheelie and etc at high speeds, I thought I would try out a mate's stock bike to see how it'd compare (2022 Gas Gas 700).
Watch until the end for my assessment.

Yes bro. Missed watching your content and finally got some time to enjoy it again. Hope the new job and studies are going well. Keep the 701 brotherhood going 🔥
Yeah, it sure has been a minute. I hope you are keeping well too brother 🙏🏾
Great video mate! I like the wheels on the Gas Gas but I still prefer spoked rims on a super moto. I don't know whether those bikes are different enough to sell one and buy the other. From what I understand they're all owned and made by KTM and are basically the same bike? I think maybe Gas Gas is assembled somewhere different? Keep grinding mate you're videos are really well done.
That's true.
My concern was with my bike specifically. Many 701 owners have shared having enough power to do things that mine has been struggling with. Knowing the GG700 is pretty much the same bike and having an opportunity to ride it, was my chance to test the claims. After test riding it the Gas Gas, I was a bit concerned coz I have pumped in a few mods on my bike and it has never felt as punchy up top as the GG700 did, even before the sprocket change etc haha.
Anyway, I'll just stick with it until it falls apart coz I love it regardless
Congrats on your new job man!
Much appreciated mate 😊
I need to learn how to wheelie like that!!! Very fun video, I don't know much about Supermotos so it's fun to learn.
Yeah, they're super fun and are also a huge liability to anyone's licence 😅.
I'd recommend learning how to wheelie on a pitbike. They are more forgiving, and you get to master the correct technique.
@@afrobykr Interesting.....thanks for the tip.
What gear are you doing them after the corner? @@afrobykr
Dud you notice any difference with the wheels? Should be a weight saving on the Gas Gas.
How are you getting on with the STRs? Have you considered the dunlop mutants??
