      Hi Grace! I'm Sharon, I do these as well and here's a suggestion, I also add to them 2 other 10 minute Senior workouts with the Body Coach TV (Joe Wicks). Together they are a great workout for our age ;]

    I've been using this regimen along with other Mike videos. Remember good head posture and tight stomach while doing the exercises. Two straight months of daily gentle exercising with Mike and I feel much better. After years of searching for an exercise routine that works for me I've finally found it in Mike's video series! I need not say more.

    I’ve been doing your videos for several months now. I can tell they are helping me. I would like to request that you turn up the volume as I’m having trouble hearing you. The video that I do mostly is the chair exercise for seniors - 30 minute. I don’t have trouble hearing it but the others I’ve done are not so good. My volume on my device is fully up.

    I’ve been doing these stretch exercises for sometime now and whenever I don’t get to exercise due to family responsibilities, this video is a very good ‘body part’ toner to go back to to stretch and tone body parts. Thank you for providing a variety of exercises which benefit everyone. More power to you Mike.

    I'm 73, walk my dogs, garden and ride a horse once a week but my muscles are wasting. I tried this video and can do the quadriceps stretch on one side fine, and not at all on the other side. Any ideas how to correct the week quad? does it need stretching or strengthening? So glad to have found these videos and have already recommended them. Thank you!

    can not do the optional last stretch due to knee replacements(can not bend the knee so much) any other way of doing this stretch?

    Love this one you feel the most benefit from the standing leg stretch I think incorporating it a few times per day would be great or is that not a good idea?

    I try to do as many of these different sets as I have time for in any one day.......in terms of overall lfitness. Usually get in about three of them.Cardiac,back and stretches seem to be 'up front' with balance and weights following behind.Have \I got the priorities right?

    Just discovered this, while searching through my Seated Yoga for seniors with Sherry Zak Morris in California. A very useful addition to my TH-cam, I have a disability with some restricted movements in the legs etc., but I try it or adapt it. Thank you for sharing them.🙏

    Interesting: At first with the arms lifting and holding in the 3 different heights, my left leg started tingling. Now, I've known for some time that there's a weakness in my shoulder areas but nothing painful or difficult; just tingling. Loved the leg stretches. At the end of this session, no tingling until I started typing this. ; )

    Mike, I came on your channel while browsing and I have to tell you that I am really enjoying the exercises. I am a 71 year old cyclist, I ride 60 to 80 kilometers regularly, but I never knew how tight my calf muscles are. The last stretch in this video has really helped loosen my calf and quad muscles.       Hey Renuka. Yes, there is a button on the bottom right of the video that says "CC". Press that and the subtitles will disappear.

    Good Day, Mike! I've been doing this EVERY DAY stretch since you first sent it out to us. I tried to send a comment at that time but I wasn't able to do so because of a bit more complex system which was in place which I couldn't manage to get around and through to you. All must do stretches are on my daily agenda: morning, EVERY DAYS, and evening. They provide the structure around which I design my daily exercises...Anastasia, with thanks!

    Hi Mike. I have a question. I always finish off my exercise routine with these stretches and I can easily do the optional stretch as well. What I don't 'feel' very much is the other standing stretch. I try as hard as I can to keep my foot further back and the leg straight, but I often feel hardly any stretch in the back of my leg. Why do you think that is? Just doing it wrong? I am rather good at following all the instructions.
