Hello CM. Watching your videos, I've found them to be quite helpful. I have been training for almost two months now and have seen good results. However, my question is with regards to the pull up excerise(s) demonstrated in this video. This week I suffered from shoulder pain, presumably from doing a lot of pull ups, as shown above. I went to the physiotherapist who found that it was not tendonitis, but luckily just muscle cramps in my supraspinatus. I've been asked if I "break the bar" when doing pullups. Do you have any thoughts on what this entails? It is my understanding that it means I should also focus on keeping my elbows as close to my body as possible, to prevent these kinds of injuries. I'm taking a week off training to rest as my shoulder is still sore. Thanks in advance. :)
