I wish I could set aside like 30 minutes to an hour each day to try some of these simple exercises, but watching TH-cam literally takes up all my free time.
The same with me Work on your habits there is a lot of good videos about that as well Also i made a second youtube account on which i only watch videos that help me or which teach me things Just so its a decision each time i switch to the other account and "waste" my time
@@siddulalsangi720 For starters a wall is: an upright structure of masonry, wood, plaster, or other building material serving to enclose, divide, or protect an area, especially a vertical construction forming an inner partition or exterior siding of a building.
I was actually sitting at my desk drinking a cup of coffee, watching this. Thinking i need to get back to what i did in the U.S. Marine Corps. It's amazing how we get put of routine. 26 years i worked out everyday. Now i am lucky to work out 1-2 times a week. I am military retired, i'm not kife retired. Not yet.
Oh this is perfect! I'll try going through these tomorrow starting from the first exercise. I can't wait to see how far I'll manage to get! EDIT: I did 10 reps of each exercise or held the position for 30 seconds. I managed 34 exercises before I ran out of energy and motivation to even try for burpees at exercise 35. Next time, I'll try to start with exercise 20 and see how far I'll get because this was just too much 😅
As a woman, I can do about 50 of these 100 exercises, no problem ... But the step from there to achieving the next 10 moves is huge! Looks really epic! Great music!

This should be required viewing for physical education classes, at least the first half. I wish I had known some of these existed when I was younger, I might've tried to build strength at an earlier age.
This video was a real confidence boost, thank you. I've been struggling to see progress lately, but I can already do most of the exercise through expert. I remember a time when I could barely do knee raises. It's a long journey which requires patience and persistence.
Can you give any tips, I’m in intermediate and want to get to the front lever. I am working on the beginner muscle up at the moment. Do you have any tips, exercises, anything to help. Thank you so much
@@itsnola8095I am in the same stage. Unless you want to achieve front lever super early then do what you gotta do but what I’m doing is building a base like of strength by training weighted pull ups 2 times a week. I can pull around 50% of by bodyweight right now and aim for 70% before I start training the front lever. After I’ve hit it I’ll deticate one of my pull days only for the front lever and training weighted pull ups on one day. I’m still doing front lever work for straight arm pull strength but no more than 4 sets on one pull day.
@@itsnola8095also try to not have too many goals at the time so like learn the muscle up first since you’re working on it right now and then start learning the fl since if you have too many things at once it’s gonna be alot of volume and you’re gonna progress slowly for both skills
@@Nofrontleverforme ye, I’m gunna work on L-sit as it is beginner and *very* important. And also because it is a major part to getting the lever as the ab strength that you get from L -sit is a necessity for lever. And then I’ll work on muscle up on other days. Thank you for the great advice btw
@@itsnola8095 no problem. Also idk if I didn’t understand you right but no core strength isn’t nearly as important for levers as people think. The core is very rarely the issue why people can’t hold the lever (at the level they usually start training it you obviously should train core too) but the lats actually play the main part in the front lever. That’s why pull ups give you some base strength for the lever and I actually know a guy who unlocked it for free after being able to pull 80% of his bodyweight. Also a tip after you master the L sit which is a good decision to train now since it’ll give you shoulder depression strength too which will be helpful in other floor skills but after you feel like it you might as well start training the dragon flag since it works your core well but also mimics the movement pattern of the front lever. (This will target the lats and triceps too so you need to think what day you’ll do it on but I still think it’s on of the best core exercises for the front lever)
I'm doing body weight workouts regularly for three months now and I'm pretty proud of that already since I never had that continuity. At the moment I'm doing a lot of Level 1 exercises and some Level 2 exercises and I think that a lot of the shown Level 2 exercises are interesting and reachable for me so I might plan being able to do some reps of all of the Level 1 and Level 2 exercises by the end of the year 🤔
After many years of standard weightlifting/running/deep stretching I've wanted to do more bodyweight exercise so I added 1 day/week of Pilates and it's kicking my butt! I love it. I'm older so it's exactly what I need. This video gives some great ideas.
6:04...hehe , I found a lvl3 one which I am able to do. 😁 But still, I can't do many lvl2 exercises... So my goal is also same-being able to doall lvl1 and lvl2.
These guys are great, the one on the blue shorts in particular has inspired me to give this a go. Probably will help me with my climbing goals. I'm aiming to get up to 6 c by early next year.
Guys this is making me sooo lean and happy. I've seen better results than I did lifting weights since a teenager. I'm now 37 with a six pack almost 😎💪🏽🙏🏼
After seeing this I have to reevaluate my life and ask my self what did u do wrong why I didnt strive to be at this peak fitness level...I need to get there now
New subscriber here and my freaking goodness. You guys are out of this world. I would love to be able to do like 75% of these exercises. I am not very flexible at all and dealing with some lower back and shoulder pain. Great vid tho
There is one thing that is unprecidented as an integral part in other styles of workout but is ingrained in bodyweight workouts - and that's core strength and development of the small muscles that stablize the bigger muscles.
I watched beginner and I was like cool... I can do this... by time I got to master I had a bag of Doritos and a pack of Swiss Cake rolls like "well I guess I will embraced you guys as friends." 🤣
@@rustcohle9267 It is, but the risk to reward ratio render it pointless for anything other than bragging rights. It is not a beautiful, clean movement either.
@@Eleutherarch Searched for it on youtube and I strongly agree. I would never try to, it really seems to be risky for our shoulders, triceps, forearms, wrists and joints/ligaments as well. Cringe and useless movement.
@@rustcohle9267We are in absolute agreement my friend. The basics executed with perfect form are always going to be superior for health. Form should be a goal in and of itself along with strength, health and perhaps size. Anyway, take care of yourself - times are volatile.
Butterfly Press is way harder than any of these exercises (let aside the Victorian). U can see in the video that that guy, who's incredibly strong, still couldn't do it with a correct form and had to bend his arms.
Awesome video, thank you very much! I think i got most of Level 2 covered, maybe just at the beginning of level 3 right now. (the very beginning haha) I was looking for ages for a video like this, so i know what skills/moves to tackle next! I'm 193cm tall 100kg so bodyweight training is quite challenging for me (omg the first pullups n dips very soo hard), but it's great to be able to add harder progressions over a loong period of time in my trainings!
barely a 1 😂 my recovery after surgery is 18 - 24 months, 6 months in and I can do 100 squats a day without aching now. I am looking forward to being strong again.

This video has inspired me to pursue the following moves: 1) Bar Muscle Up 2) Human Flag 3) One-arm Pushup 4) One-arm Pullup 5) Tiger Bend Handstand Pushups Training begins today! 😤 I'll film and post my progress on my channel. No more excuses, it's NOW or NEVER!! 🤬
That's okay , masters were intermediate before being experts! It takes so much time and dedication to get to this level, don't compare yourself to others !
Same man I am trying to build the strength for a handstand and it is certainly quite difficult. I get frustrated with the pistol squats but I am trying as much as I can. The transition from an Intermediate to advance level takes patience and practice. So let's do it 💪
Nice video as always. This channel here is where you get actual knowledge on calysthenics. All this thenx clown does is flex his wealth and his skills but doesn't do much to teach his audience.
Great video, I can see years of hard work in this video, I can do some of the exercises from expert level, I am pretty happy with the progress I have achieved considering I am 14 and couldn't even touch my toes or do a push up just a year ago. Thanks guys I learnt a lot from you guys's TH-cam channel.

Not yet.
My level right now:

His beginner workout is my master workout 💀
That exactly what I told my self you're so right
Yeah same
Pathetic
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh this is perfect! I'll try going through these tomorrow starting from the first exercise. I can't wait to see how far I'll manage to get!
EDIT: I did 10 reps of each exercise or held the position for 30 seconds. I managed 34 exercises before I ran out of energy and motivation to even try for burpees at exercise 35. Next time, I'll try to start with exercise 20 and see how far I'll get because this was just too much 😅

THE BOISSSS
Reject humanity, return to monke
As a woman, I can do about 50 of these 100 exercises, no problem ... But the step from there to achieving the next 10 moves is huge!
Looks really epic! Great music!
50 of these? That's amazing. I can do around 20 only 😂😂

Its not because your a woman its because you have a strong or balanced body it doesnt have to do with your gender
This should be required viewing for physical education classes, at least the first half. I wish I had known some of these existed when I was younger, I might've tried to build strength at an earlier age.
The BEST IN CLASS CONTENT present on youtube !! HATS OFF 🎩
8:25 wow, this is one rare sight
Po: Lets just start at zero; Level Zero.
Shifu: Oh no. There is no such thing as Level Zero.
These workouts look so totally badass when done clean. I especially love the way all the archer exercises look.
CaliMove: firing out high quality, no BS content
Me: *DON’T MIND IF I DO*
I'm doing body weight workouts regularly for three months now and I'm pretty proud of that already since I never had that continuity.
But still, I can't do many lvl2 exercises... So my goal is also same-being able to doall lvl1 and lvl2.
I can do Level 4, one arm pushup.
And Archer pull ups. But I can't do many other exercises.
How is you progress now bro?
I must absorb all these movements in my mind's eye before I can attempt them physically. Thank you for the formal demonstration.
I feel good knowing that I can do some intermediate level exercises haha
Me too like climbing mountains
Same haha
I know, right? This video was actually a confidence booster for me, I'm happy they included easier stuff.
The fact that I can do some expert exercises but not a muscle up...whyyyy
You need to learn the right technique.
Because strength is specific and you need to train specifically for the muscle up to get the muscle up, no matter what other exercises you can do
They explain it at the end of the video...
Well, you're an incomplete expert
You can do it bro! 🔥🔥🔥 Just make sure to understand the technique, once you get 1 muscle up, the rest will come right away.
These guys are great, the one on the blue shorts in particular has inspired me to give this a go. Probably will help me with my climbing goals. I'm aiming to get up to 6 c by early next year.
*My favorite exercises:*
#51 at 5:03 min... L-hang Chin Ups
#59 at 6:00 min... Toes to Bar
#60 at 6:10 min... V-lever Raises
#75 at 8:08 min... Tucked Press
#81 at 8:50 min... Frontlever
#83 at 9:09 min... Perfect Muscle Ups
Only now realizing how much of a beast Leon is.
Guys this is making me sooo lean and happy. I've seen better results than I did lifting weights since a teenager. I'm now 37 with a six pack almost 😎💪🏽🙏🏼
The color of the levels stand for the color of their head when they're doing these exercises

One of the best and impressive videos you have made, die Musik super !
Tbh the beginner Level is all what you need to get very fit.
I can do all of level 1 and 2 but level 3 is just another level, this man is just amazing
Their form is just too perfect
After seeing this I have to reevaluate my life and ask my self what did u do wrong why I didnt strive to be at this peak fitness level...I need to get there now
New subscriber here and my freaking goodness. You guys are out of this world. I would love to be able to do like 75% of these exercises. I am not very flexible at all and dealing with some lower back and shoulder pain. Great vid tho
Real life ONE PUNCH man💪
There is one thing that is unprecidented as an integral part in other styles of workout but is ingrained in bodyweight workouts - and that's core strength and development of the small muscles that stablize the bigger muscles.
Thank you so much for the progressions. Was never sure about the beginner variations. Very informative.
Best on TH-cam for calisthenics workout!

Legendary: Maltese, Hefesto, Victorian Cross, 1 Arm Muscle Up
1 arm muscle up, is that possible?
All I need is the power of a blue shorts
So basically Leon is the master at CaliMove 😂😂 what a f*cking beast!
This is something I'm looking for a long period of times 🙏😍
barely a 1 😂 my recovery after surgery is 18 - 24 months, 6 months in and I can do 100 squats a day without aching now. I am looking forward to being strong again.
8:25 Am I dreaming?? Did he literally SMILE??😱😱😳😳
Started at level two, been at it 6 weeks and seeing progress! Goal is level three, just landed my first L-Sit today!

1) Bar Muscle Up
2) Human Flag
3) One-arm Pushup
4) One-arm Pullup
5) Tiger Bend Handstand Pushups

I'll film and post my progress on my channel.

Actually i can do one arm handstand but i cant do one arm elbow lever. I think i dont like it)
When you realize you're only at Intermediate level. 😭
One can enter the master level only by MASTERING THE BEGINER LEVEL. You can't walk properly of you do not master crawling.
That's okay , masters were intermediate before being experts! It takes so much time and dedication to get to this level, don't compare yourself to others !
The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried ;)
Every winner was once a beginner 😉
Same man I am trying to build the strength for a handstand and it is certainly quite difficult. I get frustrated with the pistol squats but I am trying as much as I can. The transition from an Intermediate to advance level takes patience and practice. So let's do it 💪
I swear that's the first calisthenics video i saw 1 year ago when I was starting, now I progressed into full front lever and strict muscle ups
Nice video as always. This channel here is where you get actual knowledge on calysthenics. All this thenx clown does is flex his wealth and his skills but doesn't do much to teach his audience.
Technically this video doesnt teach you shit? Its nice though 🙂
