    As a "long" time follower, I have to say this channel is aging like fine wine. Only getting better with time ❤

      Thank you for your kind words, Miguel! I'll take your word for it as I am not a wine drinker ;) but I have certainly learned a lot since the beginning of this channel...so much more to learn.

      Tried to make it as beginner-friendly as possible while also adding some spice to the mix.

    First one was easy, second one is tough for me I’m really big and long. Thanks for posting will spend the next months trying to achieve all of these movements 😅

    Great video with good regressions, any plans to elaborate more on the benefits in the future?

    • @TheTaoWay
      @TheTaoWay  ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Thank you, Miguel. I think some of the benefits are clear such as coordination, conditioning and in the act of learning something new and dealing with frustrations. I do, however, try to preach the idea of doing something just to do it with no other reason why. Dancing in the forest just to dance. Not trying to become more conditioned or coordinated or develop a certain technique but just doing/learning because we can.

      @@TheTaoWay Absolutely not what I expected, but makes a lot of sense. Thanks for taking the time!!

    Nice Video👌🏼 Can I add that to my Training on a regular strength training Day on top or do I have to balance the added stress out?

    That's way tougher than it looks!

    • @TheTaoWay

      Very much so! That’s why I recommend doing 50 - 100 repetitions in each direction for each pattern before increasing the complexity. Lots of details to insert.

    I like this channel, even though the channel name restates itself... like ordering a "Chai Tea".

      Please read the Chinese name of my channel '陶道‘ it is not '道道‘ My channel name does not have to do with daoism/taoism.
