      Indeed...I jumped the same way though when I was in graduation it was easy but after pregnancy it takes such a long time to achieve this

    Just went through your few videos with preparatory poses and even subscribed to your channel. Trying simple one's slowly. U are a such a good yoga teacher. Please continue doing all yoga pose videos specially for beginners and intermediates with preparatory poses and mentioning the contradictions ❤.

    Mam, to get the benefit of saravangasanam(1-10 minutes, it has to be followed by machasanam 1/10th of the time spent on other one

    Nice video, thanks. I started recently with this asana and I hold this pose for 5min. The problem is that my neck hurts after I am done with the pose. Is it because i am new to this pose or is it the duration. Can I continue to do the pose even though my neck is slightly hurting. Please advise thanks
