Are you tucking those hangers behind the drip edge? How do you get the hanger on without the back hitting the roof shingles before you can clip it onto the back (house side) of the gutter? Thanks
Why cant you just snap a gutter section overtop of the bent kinked dented parts and rivet it to the gutter and seal around the edges? Wont it fix the looks and keep the old gutter in use as long as its attached right?? Had a person rip out a section of the gutter and break tge facia. So i ripoed out the restcif facia, put a new board in, sealed it, put the gutter back on and tucked it under the drip edge but theres a good dent/ kink right in the middle of it.. why couldnt i snap a piece thats not bent over that section and paint it to match?? Why does nobody do that? Would look like an accent if you put those straps and bent it around the edges.. or could snap a whole section overtop as long as it not too long a section..

You can't use those hangers if you don't have a fascia board.
