    • @valueinsights

      You are very welcome.
No, it is just a change in name, which should reflect the fact, that changes are enabling things.
This aims to reflect, that IT is an enabler for the business.

Level with me, is this exam easy? I've been studying for 2 weeks and it seems intuitive and the more I revise, the less confident I become. It seems *too* easy.

    • @valueinsights
      @valueinsights  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Dear M,
To this question I must give you the default consultant answer: "That depends" :)
The exam is not very hard, since it is foundation level. Still you need to know the terminology, the major elements of it and what they are supposed to do, and you should understand the ITIL logic.
If you watched this exam prep. video series, you are on a good way to pass. Another thing could be to try your knowledge on some mock exams. You can find some here: valueinsights.ch/-itil-4-foundation-exam-quiz/
Hope this helps. otherwise let me know.
All the best for the preparation. Keeping my fingers crossed for your exam.
      Cheers,
      Alex

Maybe it's just me but there seems to be a lot of over-complications & redundancies in ITIL 4.
Standard & Normal are synonyms. How are you supposed to separate these 2 types logically when the words both mean the same thing? Then there's the acronyms. Obtain & build, deliver & support. The point of an acronym is that each word represents 1 concept. Adding a second word makes things confusing & defeats the point of using acronyms in the first place.

      Hello,
From my point of view and my understanding. Standard & Normal are not the same. For example a Standard change can be an daily change or a regular workload from an demand
But Normal it's can be a change who needs a CAB Validation for a change we are not usual to do.
      Cheers !
