Hi Joshua
And I appreciate your kind feedback :)
Glad you found them to be useful.

another point at 3:46 ~ would be "think of it as the 'before' stage for the before and after pictures if the process was a project
to expand on that, think of a project where you would be fixing, cleaning, re-making something and wanted to have pictures of each stage, (before, during and after, maybe even more) and so where ever you're starting from is always going to become the "before" stage when you've finished what you're doing, you take a picture of it as it is now so then when you're looking back on it you can say "this (before picture) is how it was and this (after picture) is how it is now"
@@itsupport5392 Thanks a lot for your comment. That is a great analogy for a better understanding.
All the best,
Alex

Sir is this 29 videos is enough for my ITIL exam???.... plz reply ASAP bcoz my exam will be in 2 days.
Dear Lokeshwaran
That depends a bit on your background. If you have been in IT for some time, you should be good to go.
Nevertheless, I suggest to watch our mock exam videos as well:
th-cam.com/play/PLVzkjYR3xN1Veghx7WyvEL34y9vLlyKGO.html
You could also download our free mock exam questions here:
valueinsights.ch/-itil-4-foundation-exam-quiz
All in all, it should be enough, but there is no guarantee, as this free course only covers the most important parts and not the whole curriculum.
Hope this helps.
All the best,
Alex
@@valueinsights Thank you sir
@@lokeshwaranb6536 what was the outcome? Please update :)
FF
you keep mentioning itil3 concepts like processes in these videos whats the purpose of that?
Hi Billy
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, I keep mentioning ITIL3 because there are many concepts, which have been taken over into ITIL4.
Furthermore, it helps those of us who have done any ITL3 training to relate better.
Best Regards,
Alex
