Watch dog is strong ( i believe he can handle dragon level treats) but we cant put him above all the heroes i just mention because we havent seen a lot of this character

it actually makes sense. watchdog man is blast. blast is god level.blast wants humans to fend 4 them self so he wore a custom and became a watch dog aka watchdog man.Watchdog man looks bored when he fights and that is cus he is too strong like saitama. When Garou used his flowing water technique, Watchdog Man effortlessly and gently placed one paw on Garou's hands with each strike... with a blank expression on his face. His strength is clearly on a level that is easily in the upper S class. Until he changes his expression, we have no reason to doubt him.

My theory is that Watchdog Man gets a power amp in Q City much like Vlad III in Fate/Grand Order did in Romania . Maybe he has a love and loyalty for his own city so deeply rooted that it manifested into something such as a dog to his owner (reference to Hachiko the famous and loyal Japanese Akita).

I can take your side on this. From what I noticed, I think Watchdog Man gets high powers just from being territorial. The only reason Garou lived was because he got out of Q-City.

IMO I think watchdog man is a limit breaker like saitama and blast (presumably) but broke his limits by pretending to be a dog (or furry) for a certain amount of time and breaking his consciousness like he doesn’t eat, sleep or remove his costume so there’s something going on around there

Crazy theory: Watchdog Man is Blast. He puts on a dog suit to do his proper job protecting his city. The suit also limits his power, which is helpful in minimizing collateral damage & not succumbing to Saitama Syndrome. WDM behaviorally is Blast's true self, who only really cares about his territory, but if humanity really needs him he will show up, but not as himself, as a Hero persona "Blast."
I know this isnt true & Im just messing around, but it's fun to think about.

Garou got so f'd up by WDM that he copies his fighting style multiple times when facing death. The level to which he hurt Garou suggest to me he is easily stronger than TTM, especially considering TTM had landed a free surprise attack on Garou. While his speed advantage was so insane he could play Garou's attacks as if they were jokes, even though Genos fought a stronger Garou, he seemed about even in speed to a completely battered Garou. I would say WDM is implied to be faster than Genos as well. Even if WDM was going all out that would be insanely impressive stats wise, I am pretty sure it was a casual display of strength and speed which is absolutely insane lol.

Think about it. If Q city is a hot zone for monsters then you would expect him to be more concerned with the monsters coming into the city. Idk I just feel like his facial expression would be different because of this.

Watchdog man fought against a full powered garou(at that time).
While genos fought a weakened, poisened and really tired garou(after his battle with 7 or 8 heroes including death gatling).
Even tho garou was so so weak, he was able to catch up with yhe speed and technique of genos.
This alone puts watchdog man at a different level than genos.
Why did you remove the og one punch explained series
Having a hard time against a beast style is not an excuse for garo because he saw his fighting style before confronting him. Instead all other s classe he fought and managed to adapt.
Watchdog man has the same disapproving face only a master fighter would have... it's clear he is God tier.

I feel like watchdog man must be somebody who wanted to "protect others" so badly that some of the humanity got lost. Not saying he's a full-on monster, but there's something impossible about him. I suspect that the costume must hide some kind of mutation as proof of it.

Since we are speculating my guess is that later on we will come across multiple characters that have broke their limiter and WatchDog Man will be one of them. The only drawback in the OPM universe for this character is that he solely operates in city Q. Seeing that the monster association is not stupid would know to avoid him. They know they can cause havoc without him showing up to the fight. As far as the Garou fight WatchDog Man I think since WatchDog couldn't tell if Garou was human or monster and didn't kill him for that reason.
Genos, despite losing his arm, was just about to kill Garou, when Silver Fang interrupted to save his life.

It’s hard to estimate his power when he’s never been defeated, maybe he was barely stronger than garou, or maybe he’s class S rank 1 because he doesn’t need to use all of his power to take down his current opponents (in my opinion he could have beaten garou to death but he let him escape because he just wanted him out of « his » city)
He's of course very powerful and strong, but also it seems that it's his Unorthodox fighting style that makes him so dangerous and effective!
I really doubt that. Conventional fighting or orthodox as you said is really just efficient and effective. If watchdog man learned water stream hed smash even harder. If most s class heros learned to actually fight they would be mucj stronger, tank top master, atomic samurai, super alloy darkshine, pretty much any physical fighter would benefit from lesrning from bang but idk they are stubborn or someshit.
