@@pdors94 Well, at least, if Saitama didn't attack, i think Boros would have survived and Earth would not, and, when you destroy the Earth, there is no worrying in Fighting anyone else anymore. So he could just recovered enough in some hours or minutes maybe? And keep going. That is God enough for me, There is no one(asides Saitama, who if didn't happen to be called, wouldn't be there, Perhaps on a Supermarket sale)who can Stop that, also, if his normal attacks were to destroy the earth, also, nobody would be able to stop that; and once is done, Everyone is dead; in both cases there is no worrying on anyone fighting back; The only difference is that is you miss your attack and it depletes your power, you are done for. But it would be pretty hard to miss something as big as the Earth, from just a couple hundred feet above ground.

@@yumijandro918 what are you talking about? Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta instantly, a planet 10x larger than Earth, and he was not even trying IN HIS FIRST FORM. Boros could only destroy the surface of a much smaller planet. Boros is not even in the same league as max power Freeza. Vegeta was stated to be able to destroy earth in the manga and the Daizenshuu, and he was able to continue fighting afterwards, he didn't have to destroy his entire body and waste all of his energy to do it.
Basically all Dragon level monsters are like piccolo Daimao level or below, with the exception of Boros and AG who are probably in between Nappa and Vegeta.

@Seven V There's not much information about Blast or his abilities or fights but I saw in OPM wiki that Blast couldn't quite kill Elder Centipede who is a dragon level threat and Boros is easily God level threat so I'm not quite sure Blast can defeat him.

He's definitely God level tier, just being able to wipe out all life on a planet should put him God tier.
God is a threat to humanity, killing all life on a planet, doesn't matter if it takes all his energy, technically put him God tier.
And even without that ability he can kill easily everyone on the planet, since he claims to have traveled to many many worlds and was always victorious, meaning that the chances of someone being stronger than him (other than Saitama) is extremely low.
I thought god level threats were a threat to all creation.

You also have to remember that boros ' ship is hella tough so his punch would of probably taken out a whole city.
Maybe Boros will be retroactively categorized as a God level threat some point later in the series. Possibly during exposition when someone is explaining what a God level threat is, One will illustrate Boros as an example to the audience.

But if you're expecting Saitama to bring up Boros or explaining monster threat levels, I really doubt it since Saitama wouldn't care enough to worry about monster levels, let alone bringing it up in a conversation

Boros is one of my favorite anime villains. I wish one would clone him or something and bring him back into the series. Although I'm perfectly happy with the fight in the series. I really cant ask for more.

I must say, one punch does a great job of showcasing the power of some like boros.
We see him zooming around, melting the surrounding area with his intense speed, his energy blasts cause massive explosions and then clearing out smoke with the the shockwave of his punch, and his max power is still only planetary.
However in something like dbz, where first form frieza can literally destroy a planet with a finger (which is its own problem), final form freeza and goku, which while amazingly choreographed and a great fight, doesn't really cause much surrounding damage.
Its not like your seeing final form freeza turn the surrounding area into a hellscape, or create giant mushroom clouds, only for super saiyan goku the clear all that away with a single punch.

Boros didn't get wrecked cause of the serious punch. It was only the shockwave that reached him. The collapsing star roaring canon required the release of all of his energy which is why he was reduced to that skeleton state

I remember when boros kicked saitama to the moon and it was amazing, but then when saitama jumped out from the moon it made a sound. It made a sound in SPACE saitama is so OP he can make a sound wave in SPACE.

Definetly Above Dragon, but not God level. He has a a God like attack but at the cost of his life, doesn't necessarily make him a God like being himself, just has a trump card attack that could potentially match a God level threat. We'll see hopefully how strong a God level threat truly is eventually
God level means you can wipe out humanity no matter how much of your power you use. I think Boros is a very low God level threat.

However, for myself, I don't think he truly is a God level threat, which is cool because it sets up on this "if he's that powerful and is still not considered a God level threat, then what is?" Another argument you could make about Boros’ durability is that his ‘marble’ survived both a normal punch and consecutive normal punches, despite the fact that the rest of his body turned to liquid. Compared to Melzegard’s marbles that were easily broken once found by the S class heroes. It took a serious punch to break Boros’ marble and it didn’t even smash straight away.
See alot of people get this part wrong. Melzalgard had a marble so people immediately thought Boros had a marble too. They are not the same race. Boros had no marble, it was just his eyes glowing

Boros VS Homeless Emperor should be a fantastic match.
Boros happens to be durable/have a great enough regeneration to take a punch that is stronger than a blast that would have destroyed the world and be conscious for at least a few minutes.

When he transformed into MB his punches were equal to the energy blasts he did in his released form so imagine if he had a form beyond MB that magnified his punches to equal his CSRC. *That* would be God level and would actually be able to make Saitama fight seriously with consecutive serious punches

new theory: a god level threat is two things. a being that endangers humanity as a whole, and secondly it can whoop blast. if the monster cant beat blast hes not really a god level threat because blast will stop him from killing humanity, so even though in theory the monster can kill humanity, in reality he cant because blast. the opm world doesnt know about saitama thats why blast is the gold standard here, hes the strongest widely known good character. that would explain boros being only an above dragon. plot twist: no monster ever will be a god threat because nobody can destroy humanity while saitamas around lmao

Armored Boros is probably the level of a High Dragon and Released Boros is about Beyond Dragon level but, I think Meteoric Burst Boros in my opinion is Near God or even God level.
You kind of have to remember that Saitama wasn't really trying until the last final punch. He was still going along with everything.

My speculation is that because Collapsing star roaring cannon used all his energy that’s why he wasn’t able to regenerate after being struck by serious punch because his energy is drained

One more thing you forgot to mention ,when saitama was inside the ship he was punching and kicking it but his punches didn't do that much damage to the ship goes to show how strong that ship was and Boros just by flying managed to melt it into lava and with one punch he destroyed the top easily
Why didn't you go over his manga feats? He tanks saitama's consecutive punches better there as he was not even vaporized, he was split into pieces instead. Also saitama is shown to be far far more surprised in the manga as opposed to the anime when boros uses meteoric burst.

I always thought that Boros didn't actually die. I thought that he just got all fragile and nearly unconscious because of how much he aged quickly from all the strain he put on his body.

Boros is definitely a God Level threat. He’s the strongest as we’ve seen so far even far above orochi and monster garou. God Level threat doesn’t say they can destroy the earth it says it’s a threat to humanity. That can translate from continent level to planet level which Boros is most likely multi-continent Level. He’s well above god Level threat id say
Fun fact: when Boros kicked Saitama to the moon in a second he literally knocked Saitama faster than the speed of light to the moon. Considering a huge portion of characters can't even budge Saitama, the fact he knocked him almost a quarter million miles at faster than light speed is absolutely fucking nuts. He is by far the strongest character in the series to date besides Saitama obviously.

I have this theory that saitamas serious punch was not what finished off boros. It was stated that boros's collapsing star roaring cannon uses up all of his energy and focuses it in a blast, but at the same time he needs energy for the regeneration. There's a possibility that boros got desperate to do some damage to saitama and used up all of his energy and couldnt regenerate after the serious punch. Any thoughts?

@@rensaito9009 nah blast will be destroyed by borus. Do note that elder centipede wasn't killed by blast but rather force to go underground. Blast just couldn't finish elder centipede w the given time and he might if given time. But elder centipede escaped. Borus is FARFAR above elder centipede. He stomps orochi, and the entire monster assiocation.
Even w blast + the entire hero assiocation. Have zero chance on taking on borus at his final form. Maybe force him to go final form but not defeat him
Also to add on, blast knowing that elder centipede is a serious threat, he would actually killed it. But he just could not finish elder centipede off. And do note that elder is below Orochi. And borus could just wipe out orochi easily
Nicholas Chew You do realise Blast was ordered by the Hero Association to bring back Elder Centipede Alive and not kill him right? Thats the only reason why Elder Centipede escaped. And Blast beat the leader of the Ninja Village to unconsciousness and he is said to be the strongest Ninja of all time even and maybe even stronger than Flashy flash. Blast is pretty strong bro but im not too sure on who would win between Blast and Boros 🤔

I think it was a combination of both he probably would have regenerated from the punch but due to the fact that he used all of his energy he couldn’t and just died i also think he would have survived the collapsing star roaring canon because he could still talk to saitama after the punch so he probably had some energy left just not enough to regen

Boros was often used as a measuring stick to power scale Saitama. So is Awakened Garou. Obviously those super duper op characters that can easily nuke S class heroes, are no match for Saitama. But the fact they able to withstand Saitama punches is telling something.

I'd say that melzargard (don't know how it's spelled) has better regeneration as he automatically reganerates as fast as Boros, but doesn't need to focus any energy

Mad Dogs Gaming I say Boros, seeing that when Saitama used consecutive normal punches he was literally obliterated to an eye. The only time we’ve seen zombie man come close is when he fought the huge gang of monsters after killing the vampire and he even needed to rest after just loosing chunks of his body but it was nowhere near to the mast damage that boros took from an op character like Saitama
depends on what you mean as better.. boros has spontaneous regeneration that is combat ready if he focuses energy to do so.. zombie mans regeneration is automatic and much slower. boros' regen has almost no weakness given that his energy reserves seem to be lightly affected by his regen while zombie man can be easily abused by an opponent if they get him fucked up quick.

@@00J-Tone Boroses regen has a weakness. It drains energy, meaning at some point he will run out of energy and cant keep regenerating. Which would probably take hours since he was confident in outlasting Saitama. This isnt really a big weakness for someone like Boros who with his strongest attack already goes all in and deplets all of his energy but it is a weakness Zombieman has not.
We know from the audio book that Zombie man fought carnage kabuto for 7 days straight and just outlasted him.
So his regen is way slower than Boroses but he always regenerates, and concidering that carnage kabuto beat genos in an instant and pushed dark shine we can assume that in those 7 days he probably completly obliterated zombieman, but he still regened, kinda of a big feat
@@PigeonOfTheAbyss i still wouldnt consider it a better regen. boros aside from saitama can trade limbs with someone and regen back instantly. anyone who is somewhat intelligent can kill zombie man and stuff his body in a container or just kill him quickly and take a nap while he regens. they forgot to take carnage kabutos intelligence in consideration since he would be smart enough to know how to deal with him. zombiemans regen is good for people who are slightly stronger than him so he could inflict 1 damage to his opponents 2 damage but the regen always makes it just 1 for him and 0 for opponent. facing someone who can obliterate him in secs is his weakness. id scatter his parts everytime. sure itd take minutes to hours to regen.

That meteor was only able to destroy the whole city Z ,thats why classified as dragon, if it was able to blow off the earth, it will be a god level
