To be fair, Garou controlled the entire fight and could likely have killed Metal Bat. It wasn't until Metal Bat stayed down and Garou was leaving (since he apparently doesn't kill humans, unlike the "heroes"), that Metal Bat tried to use an underhanded tactic to kill Garou.
Garou has also been surviving things before that would kill anyone, so I'm not sure Garou would have died to a Metal Bat strike either.
@@Athaeus The writer confirmed that Metal Bat would have won the fight. Garou hadn't been "controlling" the fight, exactly. He had just been very clearly assuming he outclassed MB. However, MB only gets stronger the longer he fights. Check out the audio book about Genos to prove that.

Strange how when people rate metal bat, they don't account his fight against elder centipede and his injuries, but when people talk about genos vs garou everybody is hyping how he was injured and genos wouldn't stand a chance, despite him not taking a single damaging blow (he only took a kick that he himself let garou connect to lure him in, and he lost the arm, wich did nothing, hurt garou in the process, and got immediately back). People tend to overhype garou as he is right now. Association raid garou is a beast, but honestly I don't see him even beating genos, let alone bang before that.

Either way Metal Bat would have won the fight against Garou if his little sister didn’t show up. Garou is stronger then MB and if he kept on the offensive then Garou would have no doubt won but he didn’t. The same goes for MB so the fight in the end was a draw. Also the fact that MB was even able to get a sneak attack on Garou that would have killed him is a good feat since we know that Garou has good senses and super fast reactions to the point where when TTM slightly touches him he can counter instantly. I hope we see more of MB because he hasn’t had a lot of fights so it’s hard to scale him.
Hypothesis he after fighting all of the centipedes and getting chucked across city he still would of killed Garou if his sister didn’t get there.

The real question is which S class heroes are dragon level. And also matchups play a huge role in OPM power scaling, a bad matchup can make someone stronger lose to someone weaker if the occasion rises.

The fact that gorou beat metal but isn't really right he was already engaged in another battle he wasn't at his full strength but he still managed to fight him and if it were not for his sister gorou would have been dead or extremely injured for sure so metal bat is kinda underrated he could be one of the most powerful

Some S-Class Heroes are really difficult to Judge.
Like, Zombieman has extremely good and extremely bad matchups, nothing in-between. That makes him hard to Judge. Similar to metal bat - he wins every decent matchup by default.
This tier list is canon (except for pig God, you definitely underestimated him, even only considering his feats in the manga so far)

[SPOILERS] In the webcomic atomic samurai was getting SHAT ON by Black Sperm. Later we see Amai Mask being able to keep up. Also when Amai Mask turned monster in the recent webcomic chapters he is even stronger then he was normally and so thats why I think Amai Mask should be higher.

I'm still wondering if Blast is an astral projection of some sort from Tatsumaki that only comes out when she needs him.
The first thing we know about him is that he saved Tatsumaki. Maybe he was an imaginary friend, or a mental image of someone in her life she respected, who knows. But when she was 10 years old and at her lowest, she had a mental break and subconsciously created Blast.
Tatsumaki, like most humans, has a limiter. But Blast has full access to all of Tornados powers. The stronger she gets mentally, the more confident she gets in herself, the less often we see blast.

For Genos and metal bat I’d say their performance against elder centipede was phenomenal. If you can do that to elder centipede you can at least take on a low dragon monster. And metalbat has the disadvantage of going against a martial artist. Garou said his martial arts is what makes him so deadly against heroes since they aren’t used to that

My theory after watching Season 1 of the anime was that he was a totally unknown figure, referred to as "Blast" only by his reputation of absolutely obliterating any monster that challenged him. The Hero Association gave him honorary Rank 1 status because this guy is clearly absurdly strong, but has never been able to track him down.
In the end, of course, it would turn out that "Blast" was the persona they'd constructed from Saitama's feats.

I agree with everything you said except for Metal Knight. I feel like you over hype him too much. Hes kind of like Genos. Shown to be amazing, but his track record says otherwise when it comes down to actually doing something. I mean, if the meteor was dragon level and his robot did "Nothing" to it, while testing an "Unknown" weapon he just created that could be his most powerful weapon/one of his strongest attacks, how could he be top tier or "god" level? I would assume, god level threats would low diff dragon threats, and a dragon threat low diffed metal knight. Reguardless of if this was his strongest/weakest robot/attack, doesn't matter. What matters is, Dragon level meteor > Metal Knight. Everytime there is a dragon level threat that is capable of thinking for themselves (boros, monster association battles, etc), he runs. So, if he's god level or top tier, he would be like tatsumaki, confident in his ability to fight vs "pussy" out. IMO, the best feat from Metal Knight is creating an indestructible bat for Metal Bat, and his building surviving boros assault. Nothing else he has done, outside of your own hype or head cannon makes me agree with the fact that he could battle an actual dragon level monster, u til proven otherwise. Gyro Gyro hyped him up as top 4, because of his unknown power. I mean, King is also hyped as top 4, but we all know if not for his luck, he'd be dead 1 v 1 vs any monster association combatant. So if King wasn't secretly Saitama as a gag character (at least for the time being), can we also say that Gyro Gyro is not afraid of Metal Knight, he was just "unsure" of his battle power, so he was factoring that "unknown" power as one potential threat to worry about if they are going to "War". Training Child Emperor, is not neccesarily impressive, since Child Emperor is a "Genius" himself. He was going to be a bad ass reguardless of Metal Knight, but lets give him that. If so, does that mean Dr. Kuseno is a "God" level threat too? Dr. Kuseno is able to "create" S class heroes if needed like Metal Knight to Child Emperor, but I'm sure Dr. Kuseno is seen as just smart, not god level threat, etc....for me, Metal Knight is Mid-Dragon at most. If he was God level or High Dragon, his normal power would fodder mid dragons and lower such as Goketsu. Bakuzan or whatever was deemed dragon, and yet Goketsu fodderized him. Lets say, Bakuzan was high demon and not dragon level...this means the basic power of a high dragon should be beyond anything below it. Metal Knight hasn't shown his full powers yet, but what we've seen so far in terms of "powerful" for metal knight has proved to be....disappointing IMO. Till his actions actually do something, from what I've seen, hes able to take out demon level threats. Defense strong enough to withstand Boros attack that demolished the city, but his offense is below meteor dragon by far, at best.
