I think drive knight knows all about kuseno. Just finished the video and the body and muscle fiber theory is super intelligent. I never would have thought bofoi used others technology other than rebuilding the hero association and new weapons which actually make the theory stronger. Gave me a lot to think about.

Great question, one possibility is that the body malfunctioned and the head detached itself before bofoi recovered it. Or they were both the inventors of the body and energy core so they just recreated the technology
The creators could have installed a failsafe to shut it down and maybe it's adaptability saved it from being completely taken over. That would leave room for the brain to escape with some ability left and begin rebuilding.

Many of the manga story lines were different because they would of been wasted in the webcomic. Blasts reveal for example. The reason why the webcomic got this close to revealing the mad cyborg but didn’t is obvious One would rather it be resolved in Manga

I believe it’s Genos. Mad cyborg and his “origin” implies he is crazy more than just evil. Brain malfunction adds up with the “complications” that can be caused by the burden of power which could happen to a human after gaining a large amount of energy through cyborgifcation. 2. Genos upgrades happen extremely quickly and in convenient growth. This is because power can only be safely gained after strengthening the soul from near death. Kuseno is capable of making Genos stronger when ever possible but Genos needs to grow gradually. 3. Kuseno knows of the Org. But has not told Genos about them. Kuseno knows because Genos brings scraps of a bot to kuseno and in that panel he becomes disturbed. Kuseno also shows being concerned when Genos still shows his vengeance is important despite it being both of their goals. Kuseno was apart of the Org. Before understanding they were out to take over humanity. After creating the mad cyborg that goes on a rampage he’s able to recover the body and remove the brain into a weaker vessel that wouldn’t corrupt it and raises it to become a hero. More reason to believe kuseno was apart of the Org is that Genos and drive knights core bare an uncanny resemblance. Drive knights name is zero, or G-0 and Genos is G-1 I can see the arc ending with saitama vs the Genos becoming the mad cyborg failing to control the power in the body as it would be above dragon levels, it would be pretty emotional and touching seeing saitama trying to down Genos.
