I think saying Saitama was holding back on Rover is kind of an outliar, he didn't try to kill him, but the shockwave shows how strong the punch was, everybody felt it and was surprised by it, Orochi even says the force was abnormal, so I don't think many dragons could take that punch from Saitama and simply sleep for a little bit like Rover

Gouketsu for sure. Genos fought Carnage Kabuto in both actual combat and in the virtual simulation. When he fought Goketsu he said he's the strongest monster he's faced which scales above CK. And Genos thought that even Saitama would need assistance from other S class heroes to fight Goketsu and he saw Saitama one shot Carnage Mode Carnage Kabuto

Nova Rising Geryuganshoop could probably stomp her if you think about it. I mean, he can throw rocks at lightspeed, so he could just catch her off guard and one shot her like that. He also has his gravity attack which would probably immobilize her.
@@jbeksubk8350 I dont see it as he can throw rocks fast but not at lightspeed and his gravity was only enough to dent some steel but not even completely compact it. She has feats that compare her to tatsumaki and all of the other main villain order putting her at mid to high dragon while I would probably put g(ain't gonna try to spell it) at straight up mid dragon.

This might be the first time we disagree. Phoenix man is on Cadre level for sure. He probably has higher damage output and resistance then Gums, Nyan, Homeless Emperor and Nyan. He is also more versatile then any of them. Probably best support member of monster asociation. It takes smart and prepared character to deal with him. And here is a question for you.

kbjs30 dog vs dog. As much as I like Watchdog Man, even though he's absurdly fast and strong, I think Overgrown Rover would win. The thing literally shoots gigantic plasma balls that could level big portions of a city at the speed of a mini-gun. Also, insane durability. Survived a punch from Saitama, and that's saying something.

We don't have enough information on Watchdog man to determine his abilities. But this fight would certainly shed some light on that.

I don’t understand gum’s power,pig god easily ate a monster as big as or even bigger than him but still couldn’t beat him,so it’s not about size,why is he a dragon?
he has strength, durbaility and speed of a dragon level monster. That's the difference between gums and other monster that pig god has encountered. Not only that but Gums for his size, he has sneak ability where he could eat his opponent without they realizing his presence like pig god and genos

Good point, but Nyan is fast as shit as well as nimble. Could they really hit him? They would have to transform to be able to defeat him, but they'd have to work together. But perhaps they are that much faster? Drive knight could keep up with Nyan pretty well, and Flashy Flash is A LOT faster than Drive. But I don't know.

I got the theory that when you eat a monster Cell then you turn two levels higher for example from low to high,from mid to above and from high Demon to Low Dragon,that would mean that the two Ninjas were high Demons in their Human forms and turned into low Dragons in when they eated the cells.That way we also know that Gouketsu was a low Dragon in his Human Form and many more things.What do you think?Do you agree because two levels higher just make sense for me,if Suiryu took a Cell(he is in my opinion an above Demon)he would be a mid Dragon.
I agree. I think suiryu is borderline low dragon, so he would be a really strong mid dragon, which lines up with what gouketsu said, who seemed to be somewhat of a in-universe power level expert, along with gyoro gyoro of course.
I also think this is more or less exactly how much phoenixman gets stronger each ressurection. From demon to low dragon to high dragon.
I think the increase in power can vary for exampel I think overgrown rover was just a regular dog.

Hold on Gyoro Gyoro is mid dragon. I changed mind it's high dragon. Psykos is definitely high dragon probably one of the strongest high dragons. Psykos is the most powerful dragon level threat. Fubuki noted how much power Tatsumaki was using against her as Gyoro Gyoro.

Saitama was just treating overgrown rover like a dog, as phrased by him he just tried to make him "SIT" and put enough force for that more or less to probably just put him down, after all serious punches were more than enough for like of elder centipede and boros who are wayy above overgrown rover for sure.
