    Wow this is a really great episode to share with friends who are curious about what the Ultimate Weight Loss program is all about! I will definitely share with friends. I lost 62 pounds since Feb 1st following both McDougall Maximum Weight Loss (first two months) and then kicked it up a notch by joining UWL and it REALLY made the difference...the group support is invaluable. Got me to my goals for the year, wahooo! :-)

      I post her Weight Loss Wednesday on my Facebook every week & never get 1 like, comment or share. It's incredible! All my high school friends are fat & sick, meateaters , Standard American Dieters, Republicans & Trumpers. It's so sad!

    Chef AJ, whatever you decide to present to us is fine. And regarding group memberships: Being a UWL member has been great, and I am ready to commit to a subscription service if that's what you meant in this talk. I am looking forward to your continued creativity, experience, and support. You study, research, and connect with others for ongoing knowledge. And hearing about others is helpful. We need each other, and we should support our mentors.

    Love you so much, Chef AJ. Keep saying it! We need to hear this (relatively new information) often and regularly in order to offset the all of the crap we're exposed to in daily life. You're amazing and unique, and I hope you train as many others as you can so they can spread the work of education and enlightenment wider. Thank you for your time and tirelessly repeating (inculcating) this lifesaving information!

    Please please do another interview with Dr. Linda Carney! Since the one you did didn’t record. I just had a private 1 hour phone consultation with her and she is wonderful :)

    I love AJ. AJ, the weekly videos are a godsend. Please keep doing them. There's always something I learn, and I get so motivated listening to you.
    I'm 6' and weighed 165 but even though on a BMI chart it said I had a healthy weight, I knew I weighed too much. I've been eating a healthy vegan diet for many years, but just could not get my weight down. The last I weighed myself, I was at 148. And I must say, it feels great. But the more I live this way, the better I know I'll feel. AJ's been a huge inspiration.

    Also, can you do an interview with a plant based doctor on women’s health & fertility? A lot of women are afraid to eat low fat vegan thinking it will hurt their fertility

    Thanks for your great videos and Chef AJ I'm having some serious problems right now. This Paleo and Keto diet info going around has my head spinning. I'm putting together a course on reversing type 2 diabetes. In the WFPB community we know it can be done by losing weight and allowing us to become non insulin resistant again. Basically lose weight to get the fat out of the muscle and liver. I'm confused on how to tell people glucose is better fuel than fat. They, keto and Paleo, teach use fat as fuel. The long term effects on blood pressure and cholesterol must be horrible. How would you explain that wfpb will take weight off and be healthier long term?
