    I do my weights, butt lifts, and standing abs routine while listening to your episodes. The positive feeling my brain and whole body receives while listening to your story and outcome is what keeps me going. Weight loss for me is only going to be 10-15 pounds. I’m 144 and 5’6” and 39. My family thinks I’m already crazy because of my extreme diet. I had carpal tunnel and severe pains through out my body 2 years ago. I went vegan then but still ate some processed foods. Eliminating dairy and meat made my pains and carpal tunnel vanish. I even cancelled my surgery. The surgeon was amazed. Now I’m doing the no SOS vegan lifestyle and it has been absolutely amazing. I have your book and all the other high recommended doctors from True North. I love this episode. You have changed my life with calorie density!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

      Yes! going SOS free whole foods plant based diet made my sciatica pain go away, my back-of-neck pain go away, and my peripheral artery disease pain in my legs go away. Also, my varicose veins are disappearing and my migraines are reduced 95%. You all will not believe how good you will feel! Oh yes, my exercise helped also, but the diet was key because I had been doing 16 minutes of HIIT exercise and 16 minutes of Kettlebells every other day even before going whole foods plant based SOS free diet.

    Chef AJ and her guests and crew are my personal cheerleaders. I need the pep talks to supercharge my diet. I had already lost 44 pounds when I discovered these videos. Made Chef’s cauliflower soup this week and it’s a fiber explosion.

    Chef A J, I really appreciate your extreme recommendation on selecting our food choices. Thanks a lot. My skin cleared out a lot since I stop eating oil and limited my nuts intake. Do not let any negative name calling slow u down. U are the best. Love u a lot. U motivate me daily. Thanks.❤

    Highlights: Eliminate the processed b.s., Deprive yourself of disease and addiction, Be grateful that you have access to clean whole fresh ripe raw organic foods, Stop complaining and Chasing the 'high', And Move that body! And put the vegg back into vegan and vegetarian! Great interview!

    Just attended VegFest in SLO County. Great event, great speakers, vendors not so much. Yummy? Yes. Health focused? Not so much.
    Feel compassion for yourself in addition to the animals and the planet.

    WHERE DO YOU FIND PURSLANE!??? I have an autoimmune disease and doc is recommending purslane...but cannot find it in Los Angeles. I just don't know where else to look...none of my local grocery stores carries it.

    Weights are good but you also need impact exercises. Like punching a bag skipping and hopping. Lite jogging
