I appreciate the list. Lot's of guys on here saying they don't care what others think. That's a big problem. I am my own person, but I still care what women like on a man. Yes, I am single (48). That jeans/flip flop was a horrible look. Women don't want to see a man's toes. Those cargo shorts was another horrible look and it's STILL out there. Squared toed dress shoes were another terrible trend. One other horrible trend has been the dress sneaker, especially the brown with white soles. Lord, horrible look. Yes, women notice shoes. That's a big deal. I am a little sympathetic to us men because we can't necessarily make videos on what we prefer on a woman and not looked at like a neanderthal. That's the double standard I guess (both sides have to deal with it). Feedback is the only way to getting better. Keep these videos coming.
Well, I actually made that video about what men hate that women wear. It’s here. Quite popular if you search my most popular content. And trust me, the women were not at all upset or butt hurts like all these guys here. Lol Thr meta data is what the meta-data is. Not like I made this stuff up! 😆
@ Many of the male coaches who have an interest in styling have done that already. I’m not sure if they’re sharing their own opinions or just using meta-data like I have. But they’re out there.
@CoffeewithCarey - If a woman is attracted to a particular man, it would not matter to her if he was wearing a burlap sack; she will like him regardless.
I am old school(77 years old) and my dad taught me to keep my shoes shined, shirt tail tucked in and my hat off indoors. I don't like tattoos on women nor earrings on men. We of my age group are fading fast!
Things women love to see on a man: An empty ring finger. A wallet full of Black credit cards. A valet ticket. A fresh haircut and a five o’clock shadow. A picture of his childhood families mansion. Confidence and on a mission, usually ignoring her (gives her a reason to chase him…and don’t deny it.) clothes are the lie detector of money, not necessarily a good man.
I know a guy that's a POS low life that has nothing but he dresses like he's rich and always has high end clothes. He has all kinds of hot women even married ones for a short term. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
Can you imagine the outrage if a man dedicated his channel to making comments on how a woman should dress, apply their makeup, do their hair etc. They would loose their fu****g minds. So please stay in your lane and do you.
I can’t imagine having the time or inclination to comment on a video that is on a well respected channel that I am completely and utterly unfamiliar with. Why are you even here? Are you just randomly trolling the Internet trying to be negative? Well, we don’t like that here. 👋 So ignorant that you couldn’t be bothered to look and see that they’re actually IS an episode for regarding what women wear. And we’re all having good fun over here. Nobody is losing their minds… Except you. 🤣
TTP - YES. Women constant play the victim card, but look at the suicide rates ... I divorced my ex in 1991. She lied and the court was totally on her side. I was #2 marriage. Her fifth marriage just failed. I never made that mistake again. Now my son is being tortured by his wife.
Seriously, dated a little after a divorce from 23 years of servitude to a psycho. I'm 64 now, single for the last 20 years and seriously, ladies, we don't care what you like about us. Factually, men prefer you just stay in your own version of whatever priorities you got. Men don't care. MEN DON'T CARE. Leave us alone. We really are happy.😂😂😂😂
Dude! Read the room. Lol you can only speak for yourself. 🤦🏻♀️ Lots and lots of men out there who are partnering every day. Im personally working with hundreds every year to find them a partner. 🙄
My last job I worked with over 60 women. When I would ask the single ones what are they looking for in a relationship pretty much all of them said "I'm looking for a man to take care of me". AKA Sugar Daddy.......
I personally know of a woman who divorced her newest husband when she found out he wasn't as rich as SHE thought. That is below disgusting and truly revealing about a person.
@joblow9752 0 seconds ago How about all the crap women wear that men hate? like fake hair, fake lips, fake eyebrows, gator claws, tats, piercings, fake breasts.... fake souls
That's not how it works. 70 year old US male can expect to live another 12.75 years, so think 83, and if you get to 83 , the bar will move a little less more. The good news is the life expectancy of a 122 year old is 122.
@@DavidBostock-ti2fv true! Also, I would never choose to think like that. For a long time I imagined I would probably die at the same age as my grandmother. What a negative way to think. Although 81 seemed like a good old age when I was in my 30s and thinking like this. These days I’m banking on mid nineties minimum . I’m sure it’s a mindset to some extent and there are a lot of people hanging out in their 90s
Not mentioned in Robert Marchand (cyclist) Wikipedia article is researchers involved him in an exercise program that improved his performance at age 103, they told him to back down his record setting aspirations at age 106. He died at age 109. Lists are maintained of Supercentenarians.😊
Now that I have neared the end of my live's journey, I dress for comfort not attention. No amount of money, clothes, or designer shoes could make me look desirable to a woman of any age. And after being married for nearly fifty years who needs the headaches. Every inch of my body now either hurts or won't function like it was designed to. So I'm stuck living what's left of my life dreaming about my glory days of the past and wishing I was twenty again.
You got me thinking here and I was picturing some very famous men who have comb-overs- and then picturing them bald. yeah, I know there are women who love bald guys. Thanks for the good laugh. 👍
Same here. I think buzzed and bald guys are hot, especially with some neatly trimmed facial hair. I'm okay with guys going for hair transplants or high quality hairpieces, but not cheap rugs. Swoop-overs/comb-overs are the worst.
Transitioning from "rock star" hair to bald, can be an uncomfortable and a long process. I'm 68 now, and have no problem removing my hat when going inside, especially when meeting for a date, dining, watching a movie, shopping, etc. Growing up, we were never allowed to wear any kind of hat at the dinner table, or have our elbows on the table, or eat before everyone was served. Thanks, Mom and Dad! Wearing a hat outside, however, is necessary for those of us who have had skin cancer, which I think some women call "Hat Fishing", meaning we're trying to hide who we are. If that's the case, what should men think about a woman applying makeup with a spatula?
Nothing replaces good manners. And I’m sure it is a challenge accepting baldness after having the rock locks. Nowadays men take medications to keep from losing their hair. On the other hand, plenty of women really love, bald men. Somebody for everybody…
I am 65. I wear short pants, a casual sports shirt, a cap, and outdoor hiking shoes without shoe lacing. I never like women who have skin tattoos and long pants. I love women who have sexy outfits, pantyhose, and high-heeled shoes, like in the 1960s and 1970s. Personality is the key to establishing an amicable relationship.
@@CoffeewithCarey, I am sorry you felt unpleasant about my comment. I was born in the 1950s, and my mindset was based on the 1960s and 1970s. Things have drastically changed. Society has become more feminist, misandry, WOKE, and politically correct, which has made it more hypersensitive and rude to men's touches of humor nowadays.
@@timetraveler2518 I don’t feel unpleasant about anything and there’s no need for you to apologize. I mean, you did label yourself as a time traveler so yearning for a time 60 years ago iprobably shouldn’t be surprising to me.
@ Lol I’m not telling anybody what to do just sharing what the women have said. And I also have a episode of the same thing but for women. Stop being so angry. 🤣
Lots of guys in the comments who 'couldn't care less' or refuse to change any of their repulsive vibes to catch a woman's eye. And yet here they are watching Carey's videos. The BS factor is high in here.
This is GREAT information ! As a reasonably well-off and active retired guy, I *strive* to be as UNATRACTIVE as possible to ALL women.. both young AND old !
The only time I really cared what women wanted to see me in was when my mom didn’t approve of something I was wearing to school. Exactly right…wear what you want. There’s a lot of stuff men would prefer to see women NOT wear…but you don’t hear a lot about it because that would just make men even more controlling in women’s eyes. Women…stay in your lane. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to henpeck once you talk your way into a ring.
@ there’s also an episode for the women about what men are not fans of. Dude, relax it’s all in good fun. Tons of thousands of people have enjoyed the video. Chill out.
A woman once told me that if shoe laces hang "correctly", one loop on each side, was important. (she had no kids, no job, her guy worked a lot, supported her totally) bye
Hmmm, being feminized by wearing what women THINK they want us to wear is not where I am going to go. I dress conservatively and always have. Slacks, long sleeve shirt, properly cut hair, no watch, no jewelry, minimalism….. businesslike. Because that’s what I like.
@@CoffeewithCarey No, if a woman does not like what she sees it is unlikely that we would be a fit. It is MUCH more likely that a woman will change her ideas on attraction as she ages. Also, to change because a woman might like the change is a sign of serious weakness. Women will be repelled by this and a man’s competence will be altered for the worse. A man should dress in the best way to generate income, respect, and approval by God. All of that in reverse order.
That’s just not true; men do have preferences. That’s where this list came from and why it exists. Do you think I made this up on my own? These aren’t MY opinions. My opinions would be very different.
If the guy is clean and his clothes don’t look like rags, I don’t care what he is wearing. He is his own person. People need to stop being obsessed with what other people do with their own body and how they live their lives. Unless their lifestyle is putting other people in danger that is the only thing to be concerned about.
Like many others, I've encountered both men and women who wear so much cologne/perfume that it will knock wasps out of the air at twelve paces. That's too much.
Men need to stop worrying about what women think. Be a man and be with a woman who respects you for who your are. Otherwise nothing you ever do will matter
nobody is suggesting that anybody should be worrying about anything. 👍 it’s just sharing of information based on numerous surveys. Do with that information as you will.
I have fun t-shirts that I wear on casual outings. One has a picture of a hammer and says "This is not a drill." I make people smile and get lots of comments. I'm secure in who I am, and I don't really care whether others deem my attire to be "proper."
Years ago when I was single, I wore cargo shorts fairly regularly. Apparently, women detected them to the point where they weren't happy until they were on the floor. I also have two tee-shirts. They both say "My other tee-shirt is a piece of crap too." 😂
As a guy I'd agree with all those, they even look weird to us, but you forgot one, trousers with no socks, that's just weird. However don't judge a book by it's cover, I work outside so am normally found with a cap, jersey with holes in , dirty jeans and muddy boots, women probably think I'm dirt poor but I am a multi millionaire, My Partner and I used to check with each other if what we were wearing out somewhere was ok, She'd often show me a couple of scarves or a top and let me pick, I used to love that about her. Sadly she passed with cancer so I probably don't care what people think of my clothes any more.
@@CoffeewithCarey I'd never say never, but I'm not looking, been widowed for 5 years ,now 60 we were together 20 years so it's hard to replace her, I'm not interested in starting over again. It's been said that the "clothes make the man." But it's the body that makes the man because fitness speaks volumes about his level of discipline and self-control
A few shelled shrimp, a handful of pistachio nuts, a deck of cards in case you’re bored waiting somewhere, a can of monster, a pocket fan, some dog poop bags… OK OK I’ll stop looking through my pockets
You sound exactly like someone I used to associate with. He carried his wallet, keys, and phone. Nothing else. And then he constantly was trying to borrow my pocket knife, my pen, etc. I finally told him to start carrying his own gear.
On the flip side of this : I love dress shopping with my wife. The guys at work tease me about it but they understand why. We get these little windfalls, financially, and dress shopping (and dancing afterwards) is a great way to spend time together while enjoying the feminine / masculine dynamics of a relationship. (I'll-dress-like-a-grown-man-if-you-dress-like-a-woman) Its her feminist friends who think its wierd. "No man gonna tell me what to wear!" When she comes out of the dressing room and spins for you, thats where your input is going to matter the most.
For a moment I had difficulties to make that work in my brain - I read your wife helps you select and shop for your dresses 🤪🤣🙃 - clearly not enough coffee yet!

Dentures are definitely a turn off. Have you seen what happens when veneers go bad? 😱 Also, wearing all black is a bad fashion choice for elderly females. It reeks of goth / witchcraft.
I'm 69, living in Phoenix, AZ and it gets very hot here during the summer months, and surprisingly cold during the winter months, I think for myself I dress according to the environment I'm in, may not be popular or whatever, and I'm not saying to dress up sloppy, but perhaps casually.
No dude should be in crocs. Especially older dudes. Unless they work in the medical field and are at work. Pointy toe shoes are for guys who play on the other team or work as clowns. No one looks good in pants that are too tight or loose. To quote Goldilocks. They need to be just right. Hiking boots can work. There's a number of factors to consider. I'm not giving up my cargo shorts nor my Grunt Style t-shirts. Jewelry? If you're a man don't dress like a kid. Less is more. Understated. Especially rings and pierced ears.
A lot of what you mention are just style choices and different people look good in different things as they express themselves. but I definitely agree on the crocs. These aren’t even shoes. They’re toys! Lol
Crocs may be unsightly, but due to the extreme softness of the material they are made of, they make for walking on ice and snow a dream. I can even run on ice and not slip, important for folks that live in cold, snowy areas of the country, like I do.
@ you do what’s right for you, Michael, but there’s nothing you could say that would change my mind about the hideous “shoes”. They will take 300 years to decompose on this planet. how many fish and animals will they kill in that ludicrous lifespan? unlike a rare plastic item, plastic shoes are definitkey not an improvement over their predecessors.
I had the volume down when I started the video and kept glancing up excitedly as Carey showed each example. By the end of the video I thought I nailed it! I was feeling supremely confident knowing my closet is full with most of the items shown. In my head I was already planing which grocery isles I’d be hitting the next day while wearing one of my hip outfits! Boy, was I shocked when I took a look at the title!
jk. I use your wardrobe as an example almost every time I talk about men’s clothing. Are you sure I didn’t mention you in this episode? You shop rarely and when you do it’s for a couple pair of jeans and a bunch of new black button up shirts. That’s it, that’s your wardrobe… when you’re not wearing T-shirts from 1979. 😂 Please tell me that you’ve at least upgraded your summer wardrobe from baggy cargo shorts to flat front khakis that are a little bit shorter! if not, we need to go shopping!!
Hey! My Frampton Live tee is a little ragged but still wearable! I do need to get the hole around my nipple darned but that tee still gets me a lot of looks so don’t make fun!

I totally disagree about the lumberjack / western cowboy/ outdoorsy style. That is so much more manly, cozy, and hot that some smarmy investment banker/stock broker in a suit or golf attire (dry heave). Hate baseball hats and baggy suits.

Well, you have a lady.! That means the whole conversation is moot. Lol …which is a good thing because I have no idea any of the language you just used hahaha. 🤎
As long as a guy's clothes are not dirty, or unpressed, or threadbare, it doesn't matter. A girlfriend or wife isn't a guy's mum. A wife or a girlfriend should never tell a guy how to dress. When I lived in Brooklyn, NY, I dated a gal who always complained about how I dressed - the cuffs of my trousers were too long over my shoes, et al. She drove me crazy, so I quit her. Nit-picking over how a dude dresses is a sure-fire sign the gal isn't for a guy. Thank God, my late wife wasn't a stickler as to how her man dressed. Stay safe. Ciao - W
I think that all depends on the type of people we're talking about and who you are trying to attract. I'm not a clothes horse - and I prefer to dress down + relaxed, rather than trying to be chic or fashionable, so someone with a laid back clothing style is right up my alley. That way I don't feel I need to dress to impress in a way to match someone with a high fashion sense or who is into a shallow or superficial "keeping up with the Jones'es" life style. If you are on the other hand, trying to interest a high end woman [or man] and match her/his style and environment, you will have to step it up in order to keep up or even get into the running in the first place...
@@CoffeewithCarey I realise that. I'm just stating my opinion and making a case for guys who are told how to dress. I can still have an opinion - can't I? I'm not trying to "shoot" down anyone's message. I value a woman's point of view. Take care -- W

FWIW a middle aged lady cashier in WalMart asked to see my ID before she would scan a bottle of wine last week. I was wearing cargo shorts and a ball cap. Not kidding.
As a male no blue jeans, cargo pants, athletic jerseys or cheap looking shoes. Black pants, long and short golf pants, 1/4 zip winter shirts work for me. Women usually put effort into how they look men should do the same.
1. Think a little deeper: what you really hate (and what everyone hates) is the cluelessness* underneath, whatever style or brand it happens to be (which are all trivial, and are all currently clueless). 2. As for clothes, you are forgetting 'functionality'. If the clothes fit the function, then we have no problem with the clothes. If the function is annoying and clueless, however (which most social functions are), THEN we have a HUGE problem with the function, and not the clothes, though, being clueless, we mistakenly direct our ire at the clothes rather than the true problem, that of Continued Universal Human Cluelessness. *as defined by the philosophy that deals with Broader Survival
I sometimes wear sweat shirts and jackets with ARMY on them when I go out and people think I was in the ARMY and say thank you for your service.[I am a disabled VietNam ARMY man] ,, does this turn off women?
What do men not like on women? Tattoos and makeup. Makeup is only for unattractive women, which is why most of them wear it. Also, if the woman is past 30 or has kids, just forget about getting any good quality man ever for a NEW relationship. Choices made = consequences earned.
I don’t know how many times I have to point these out, but these are not my opinions. They are based on Meta data! Many many many women. Lol. I have my own personal preferences. As we all do.

After 6 months of texting and weekly video calls, I met my long distance girlfriend in a neutral country. I bought a near $200 pair of brown leather Ecco sneakers but otherwise only a few short sleeve shirts on sale at JC Penny 😉 before I left for the trip. She told me not to buy any clothes in the US because the quality is poor and cost, high. She's never been here but I guess word travels 😄 I walked every day for a week around Rome in those shoes. 10 miles or more per day and never got sore feet. They were my choice and worth every penny. She picked out 1 stylish linen shirt for me in a shop there for a nice dinner out and man did that feel great. She wore beautiful linen dresses every day and only adjusted my hair a couple times to get it to her liking 😄 Never a complaint about my clothes. The right clothing can help us feel and look great. But don't over do it. A few nice things can go a long way!
I like my "red" sneakers - and - believe it or not, I get much positive compliments on them from the ladies....something about the color they say - "bold" & "unafraid" are some of the words I've heard. Just my experience.

You gotta be you. Shorter men’s shorts are in style and more attractive to women though, by the way way, I just thought you should know in case you felt like branching out.
I may be a little older fashioned, but I think on the first couple of dates, especially if in the evening to dinner or cocktails, a man should consider pants instead of shorts, even in warm climates. (In the past it used to be part of the health code for most restaurants.) I know we don't have that unspoken dress code anymore (although many other countries have very strict written dress codes still in place) I believe men over the age of 15 should wear pants, unless on a fun date to the ocean, park, boating, etc. To me, there is not much worse than a man's hairy legs and/or funky feet in a restaurant where I am eating food. Like you mentioned earlier, a suit, or a buttoned down classic shirt and a great pair of jeans and loafers would be a better choice.

Thanks for the video. I can't sleep, so I'll catch the second half of this series. The part about designer logos doesn't apply to me as far as I know. There might be some place on my shirts where one can see a Duluth Trading Company tag, but off the top of my head, I don't remember any of those markings. I have very few things that are designer. Shoes are a sensitive topic for me. I have wide feet. If I wear "cute" sneakers, I'm likely to end up in pain. I've had some shoes that rubbed me the wrong way and created severe inflammation on my achilles tendon. No matter how bad a woman thinks I look in a particular pair of shoes, I'll look worse if I'm limping worse than I usually do. I live in Wyoming. Much of the year, I'm stepping out of my house or vehicle into snow or ice. In effect, I'm "hiking" anytime I go outside. Women who think that making the choice to wear appropriate shoes for that weather is somehow not "grown up" are women who are too shallow to matter. Before I became disabled, I would update shoes more often because I had more money. Now, I tend to make shoes last a long time. Again, those are often blocky, practical shoes that won't hurt my feet and will give me good grip on bad footing. When I was working, I was wearing steel-toed, steel-shanked boots at work for most of my waking life. I would wear them to and from work, so if I needed to go somewhere on the way to or from work, I was probably wearing those shoes. Someone complaining about that is just too shallow to consider. I'm not really a fan of high heels on a woman anyway. If I were in a relationship and that's what she had to wear to work, I'm not going to complain. Otherwise, I'm not going to complain about her shoes. If I were in a relationship and she had a strong preference, I'd be happy to try to meet that preference as long as I could do so without causing pain to my feet. At one time, I had heard that women hate black sneakers and love white sneakers. I think that's silly, but if I were with someone who wanted me to wear white sneakers, I'd wear white sneakers. However, I would still need to wear sneakers that were wide enough for my feet. In terms of pants, I have a cargo body. That means that I'm going to be wearing cargo pants or something very much like cargo pants. I'm not going to be wearing cargo shorts on a first date or maybe not any date. On the other hand, the only shorts that I have are cargo shorts. I actually don't have jeans any longer because I've gone entirely to cargo pants. Because I have a cargo body, any jeans that I would get would be fairly loose jeans. I'm not going to let them sag down my hips, but they will be fairly loose. I live in a concealed carry state, and my pants have to accommodate that choice. If I were in a relationship, I would try to find some slacks that she would like. No one is going to see my underwear until we are well into a relationship, so we can discuss that issue at that time. I think having strong preferences for another person's underwear before the relationship has reached that point is creepy. In the early stages of a relationship, I wouldn't expect to see a woman's underwear, and having preferences about what she's wearing just seems wrong and creepy. If I'm going to some kind of exercise class, I'm going to wear baggy sweatpants or baggy warm-up pants. That's what's appropriate for those situations. Otherwise, I haven't worn those in public in a decade or longer. I haven't been swimming in well over a decade. I haven't a clue what swim trunks would be available for someone like me today. When I'm in public, I'm almost always wearing a short-sleeved polo shirt with a collar, three buttons, and a left breast pocket. Every now and again, I guess they have a small logo somewhere, but I don't remember seeing any in a while. Typically, I'm wearing a solid color as opposed to a pattern. Because money isn't as plentiful as it once was, my shirts often show a bit of wear. Occasionally, I'm in public wearing a flannel shirt. Most of these have square patterns of various kinds. For casual wear around the house, I have many T-shirts that have seen much better days. Again, money isn't as plentiful as it once was, so I keep wearing shirts as long as I can wear them one more time. I can't imagine being in a relationship where a woman would see me casually, so I'm not sure how I would feel about changing those choices for her. Many of my T-shirts are things I've bought to support various causes. I used to volunteer for political campaigns, so I ended up with T-shirts that I wore to events. At these events, the volunteers wore the T-shirts to identify ourselves as volunteers with the campaign. I'm currently wearing a Samaritan's Purse T-shirt because I've supported that charity in the past. Occasionally, I will wear a logo T-shirt to support a cause. If a woman doesn't understand that aspect of using the First Amendment, she's not for me. As I've run lower on money, I've bought more plain T-shirts that I could get for three or four dollars each. Again, I can't imagine a life where anyone would really see me when I'm just relaxing around the house. Anyone who gets bent out of shape about what someone wears when relaxing around the house is too shallow to consider. I truly don't care what women wear when they are just relaxing around the house without being seen. I'm not much of a hat person in general. As I said earlier, I'm in Wyoming where the weather is often cold. My attitude is that when the temperature outside is fifteen degrees with a twenty mile per hour wind, comfort is the only consideration. Screw your hair. Screw my hair. We need to be wearing warm, fleece caps that will keep us healthy and comfortable in the cold. I think baseball hats look cool in many ways. In the chemical plant and refining world, many companies go to great lengths to design logo hats to give away to promote their business. I've ended up getting quite a few of them. In many ways, I think they look cool. On the other hand, I never seem to be able to wear them as well as most guys do. The closest I can come to a hat style that works for me is a floppy hat that looks like what a naturalist or archeologist would wear on location at a dig or doing a study. Even then, I don't wear them often. In the winter, I'm often wearing a fleece cap in something of a watch cap style. That's what keeps me from freezing to death. I sometimes take my daily walk in zero degree weather. Warmth is all that matters. Again, if a woman liked a particular hat style on me, I'd probably wear whatever she wanted. The only jewelry that I wear is a watch. I was a little surprised that you didn't talk about watch styles. I've heard that many women have very strong opinions about watch styles. I don't have any rings. I don't have any bracelets. I don't have any necklaces. Maybe some women would quibble with my style of glasses. I'm mostly using old glasses now, but I need to get back to an eye doctor and then get my prescriptions updated. Even though I no longer need safety glasses for work, I'll probably get safety glasses when I get new glasses. I like that protection. I guess the next nearest thing that would qualify as jewelry or an accessory is the knife clipped to my front pocket. The clip and one end is all that shows. A woman who has a problem with a man having a little bit of pocket knife showing is going to be lonely in most of the places that I've lived during my life. I like to wear a sports jersey occasionally. I have a couple of hockey jerseys. They don't have numbers on them, but they are in the same pattern as what different hockey teams wore when I could go to an entire game. I don't get to wear them often. Typically, the weather here goes from too hot for a jersey to too cold for a jersey in a short period. During that period, I think the hockey jersey fits my style. In the winter, I often find myself wearing a fleece vest over my polo shirt. I don't know whether fleece vests are considered horrible. I wear them because they provide good warmth. When the weather is much colder, I have a camo jacket that I got for twenty-five dollars at the end of the season at Walmart one year. I'm not a big camo guy, but this is a great, warm jacket, and it was cheap. I was a little surprised that camo didn't make the list of things that you've heard women say is horrible. I don't really have much in the way of college sweatshirts any longer, but I still think that a college sweatshirt is a cool fashion choice for a man or a woman. I can't tell how much they are hated by women. I have a dark blue sweater that I wear sometimes in the winter. It's just a plain, utilitarian sweater. I can't tell whether it would make the list of things that women hate. It works for me and keeps me warm, so I'm not going to stop wearing it. I used to like the look of the Icelandic pattern sweaters that were popular in the eighties. If I had been able to find one of those in my size when I was buying sweaters a few years ago, I probably would have gotten one. Occasionally, I see one outside my price range. That style is probably hated now because it was popular on the eighties, but I would still wear one if I found one in my size at a price that I could afford.
You were surprised I didn’t talk about a lot of things. But this was not meant to be a “guide” or a comprehensive list of every woman’s thoughts on men’s choices in clothes. This was more a fun sharing of women’s preferences. If a man were interested in being fashionable, he might want to keep some of these in mind if they’re not something he is passionate about. Makes sense?
I feel much the SAME about Women's Shoes/ high heels... Also, perfume for women is the same as cologne on a man... Even if I am just "going to the Store" I try to look "Neat" ... I am a very 'out-going guy' who will speak pleasantly to just about everyone... even if only a smile as we pass in opposite directions... and I do not want others to think I am anything other than just a nice, friendly guy.
Mental health professionals use appearance as a clue to a person's health. I had a patient who arrived with spilled breakfast on the T-shirt. And it appeared on every visit. Years ago at the clinic, an elderly woman arrived with her bra backwards. Self-awareness.
Leather top Crocs are stylish and comfortable casual wear and I would wear them to town, I don't like the weird colors on the plastic ones though. I wouldn't wear them except at home or to the beach.
As a man, i really don't care if modern women like my dress. If she needs me to be a fashion accessory I honestly don't care to even know her. And yes I do own suits and I do wear them. I'm not going to give up my favorite tshirt, or cargo pants either although I do favor blue jeans. Ladies you better wake up real quick, you have made so many ridiculous demands that men no longer care. After all you honestly don't have the value your grandmother had back in the day. That's why you don't get or deserve the attention and respect she got from men. So please go after the simps because real men have lost interest in feminists a decade ago. Oh yah my wife knows this and knows the door is always open if she doesn't like it. Funny thing is she never tried this bs again after the first time and she found out it don't work. And yes she does have her own job and can support herself if she wants. She chooses to stay. That's what feminists want right? The woman can make her own choices.
@CoffeewithCarey you dictated what clothing is acceptable. Come on, be serious. Yes, women are free to want anything they do. But men are EQUALLY free not to care about it. Why should men care? The courts are a travesty. Women turn a blind eye to women's adultery, but call men pigs or blame him because SHE chooses to run the streets.NOT SORRY BUT With Choice comes responsibility for bad choices. If you're going to do the crime, expect to do the time. There are 3.5 BILLION women out there, feminists are easily replaceable. But it doesnt go the other way, unless he is looking for a green card most foriegn men don't want feminists. And before you say so are women, well I always advise the men that have asked to stay in her country. They will have a better life anyway. Housing anywhere from 1/2 to 1/10. Fresh better food. Nice weather. Dont get me wrong it's not all a rose gargen. There is a lot of adjustment you have to get used to. But being free of a constant stream of hateful moments from women and the media is refreshing. At the currentcratec9f w9men destroying relationships all that will be left is Chad, Tyrone and simps.
@RickyVanderslice can we completely blame them for all of it. Yes, they are gullible, but the leaches that taught them all this bs was allowed to be spread as fact. They should have been stepped on like the coach roaches they are. And I believe most of these people just did it for money and don't really believe it themselves.
Love this advise especially seats like aftershave , as a man I hated using public phones in the day before cell phones as I had to carry baby wipes to protect myself from the stinky smell. Great advise . ❤
So let me try to understand some of the posts here. I'm seeing if I dress in a manner that is a total turnoff to a well put together gorgeous woman, who has done whatever necessary to make herself sexually appealing and she doesn't want a a shoddy put together guy with ugly cargo shorts, baggy t-shirt, probably ankle socks, and sneakers one size to big, then they can go take a hike? Why not just say, "I want to spend the rest of my life alone or with a woman of low self esteem whom I'm not attracted to in the first place because she will accept me for who I am?
@CoffeewithCarey My response was in reference to one gentlemen said he is going to dress however he wants and if they (women) don't like it they can take a hike.
Take notice when you engage with a lady she will check you out from top to bottom immediately and make a judgement on you in her mind some will say how dapper you look some won’t it’s good making an effort to dress smartly for your own confidence.
As humans most of us have eyes. And most of us will choose to use them to look at people we encounter or speak to. ☺️ But dressing nicely, as you say, should be for the way it makes you feel.👍
@ Well, you can make videos on what men prefer on women. My argument is that men can’t make videos on the topic. But glad you call women out too.

Many of the male coaches who have an interest in styling have done that already. I’m not sure if they’re sharing their own opinions or just using meta-data like I have. But they’re out there.
@CoffeewithCarey - If a woman is attracted to a particular man, it would not matter to her if he was wearing a burlap sack; she will like him regardless.

Things women love to see on a man:
An empty ring finger. A wallet full of Black credit cards. A valet ticket. A fresh haircut and a five o’clock shadow. A picture of his childhood families mansion. Now that I have neared the end of my live's journey, I dress for comfort not attention. No amount of money, clothes, or designer shoes could make me look desirable to a woman of any age.
Women should accept going bald too then.
No wigs? Now what will I do with that bag of cat hair?😅
@ 😽
So I guess you’re not checking out the episode on the 25 or so things that women find very attractive on a man?
@@CoffeewithCarey No, if a woman does not like what she sees it is unlikely that we would be a fit. It is MUCH more likely that a woman will change her ideas on attraction as she ages. Also, to change because a woman might like the change is a sign of serious weakness. Women will be repelled by this and a man’s competence will be altered for the worse. On the flip side of this : I love dress shopping with my wife. The guys at work tease me about it but they understand why. We get these little windfalls, financially, and dress shopping (and dancing afterwards) is a great way to spend time together while enjoying the feminine / masculine dynamics of a relationship. Do you, Dan
Yes, I guess I dress casually, blue jeans, shirt, black tennis shoes.....

Stay safe. Ciao - W
As I said, you’re free to wear whatever you want. This is just a compilation of what women typically don’t find attractive. Don’t shoot the messenger.

I would have no idea, it wasn’t in the data. But I think you should wear whatever you truly enjoy wearing.
What do men not like on women? Tattoos and makeup. Makeup is only for unattractive women, which is why most of them wear it. Also, if the woman is past 30 or has kids, just forget about getting any good quality man ever for a NEW relationship. Choices made = consequences earned.

@@CoffeewithCarey Yes, thank you! This is a good series.
If you are then, why would they think otherwise?
Mental health professionals use appearance as a clue to a person's health. I had a patient who arrived with spilled breakfast on the T-shirt. And it appeared on every visit.
Years ago at the clinic, an elderly woman arrived with her bra backwards. Self-awareness.
Interesting!
@@CoffeewithCarey Everything I say is interesting ... to me ...
People who say "I'm bored." maybe mean,
"I'm boring" ??
Hi Carey, I habe to confess, I
failed more of mess on each
point, especial during work.
They’re just the opinions of a bunch of women. You’re still supposed to do whatever makes you feel like yourself. 👍
The BEST...Thanking YOU..Good Info.
It was good fun and some perhaps helpful tips. I do also have an episode on what women love on a man! I think it’s a good balance. 👍
Leather top Crocs are stylish and comfortable casual wear and I would wear them to town, I don't like the weird colors on the plastic ones though. I wouldn't wear them except at home or to the beach.
You do you. 👍
The woman can make her own choices.
i’m not sure where in this video anybody told you you had to make changes or do anything at all. 🤷🏻♀️
@@billlyell8322 women are clueless.
ever notice how the most entitled ones are not even 10's?
The ones giving "advice" are often far below 5.
@RickyVanderslice can we completely blame them for all of it. Yes, they are gullible, but the leaches that taught them all this bs was allowed to be spread as fact. They should have been stepped on like the coach roaches they are. And I believe most of these people just did it for money and don't really believe it themselves.
I like cargo shorts on men and women sometimes. But I agree with the rest.
Just not a million pockets or super baggy. And I think they’re fine on women.
Carey, you have good taste in earrings.
Sounds like I have your taste and earrings. ;-). Thank you.
Love this advise especially seats like aftershave , as a man I hated using public phones in the day before cell phones as I had to carry baby wipes to protect myself from the stinky smell.
Great advise . ❤
Hahhaha. Sensitive schnozz. ;)
7:42: A question for the ladies out there. If a man is slim, youngish, and has a 6-pack, would you then find him attractive in a speedo?
Lady #1. Hell no.
@@CoffeewithCarey Men NOT wearing a bikini is a U.S. thing. Men the rest of the world over wear bikinis. Boxer and board shorts look stupid.
Yeah it would be OK to me.
No
Well, my kids swam on swim teams, summer and winter, so it wouldn't bother me...if you've worked hard for those AB's I say go for it.
You forgot to mention clean!
I shouldn’t have to. 🤎
Why not just say, "I want to spend the rest of my life alone or with a woman of low self esteem whom I'm not attracted to in the first place because she will accept me for who I am?
sorry I don’t know what you’re saying.
But dressing nicely, as you say, should be for the way it makes you feel.👍
Nose Rings, Hair buns, etc, shall I continue??? How many times have you been married Carey???
if you feel you must. 🤷🏻♀️
I never wear a T-shirt as an outer garment
We called those undershirts
