Whole egg 全蛋 1(55g+- per egg)
Caster sugar 细砂糖 60g / 1/4cup
Plain greek yogurt 原味希臘優格 90g / 1/4cup
Vegetable oil 植物油 60g / 1/4cup
Vanilla bean paste 香草籽膏 1/2tsp
Cake flour 低筋面粉 90g / 2/3cup
Baking powder 泡打粉 1/2tsp
Baking soda 苏打粉 1/4tsp
Sea salt 海鹽 1/4tsp
Pan size 长模 24x2.5x10cm
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25-30minutes
摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 25-30分钟

I made this yesterday but I used blueberry yogurt instead. I lessen the sugar by 10g as the yogurt is sweet. Overall, it came out nicely with the top crack. Soft & moist enough.
Just made this cake for afternoon tea... It was delicious! Probably the best cake I've had. It's sooo moist and soft and the sweetness is just right. This is the second recipe I've tried from this channel and they have both been absolutely delightful. Thank you 🙏

Hello! Is the measurement of yogurt in correct?? Why 1/4cup of oil equal to 60g but 1/4 cup of yogurt equal to 90g?? Is the size of cup have differences??

Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume.
The density and volume of each ingredient will be different in different countries, if there are discrepancies, the grams shall prevail

I just made the cake! And it taste a little bit salty than other cakes. Is it the feature of this cake?? Or I just add too much salt as I reduced 10g of sugar and forgot to reduce a little bit of salt. Haha thx a lot!
