Hi Apron, nice recipe. I have a pan my best friends bought for me. I have tried it for the first time , the outcome was nice and the texture was good. But I will try the second time I cannot get back the same texture like the first time. The outcome was that the outside of the cake was baked but inside only half baked. I don't know why like that? I have kept on trying a few times and still cannot get back the first time i baked. I followed the same method. can u give me some advice. Thanks.

Maybe try baking on low heat 170 degree Celsius
