    I tried the recipe and wow! Its super fluffy and tasty. I can't eat yogurt as it is due to its taste, even if I pair it with anything I just can't 🥲 but with this recipe... wow the sourness and aftertaste of the yogurt was eliminated. Although not too much but just the right taste. It paired so good with the lemon and it actually tasted like yakult flavored chiffon. I like it! Thank you for the wonderful recipe ❤

    I don't think I have seen a cake this beautiful. Looks soft. My question is why did you add water in the pan before putting it I the oven? Which yoghurt Can one use sweetened yoghurt or unsweetened?

    I tried it and taste really great. Soft n melts in your mouth. However, it deflate and does not hold up so nice like in your video, any advice?

      Egg foam is important in my recipe. When mixing cake batter, it is important to maintain the volume of egg foam. If you do that, the cake will be finished like a video. I wish you success. Thank you.

    This cake is sooo delicious !! Trust me, it’s worth the long wait during the oven baking and I reccomend eating it cold (it sort of tastes like a light and healthier version of a cheescake).

      @@rcheng4575 I lined it at the bottom. Cut along the side before unmoldung then it shouldnt break. I flipped it with plates to be sure.

    Hi. Can I use gold color round mold instead of black color mold? If I am using gold color mould, is the baking temperature and baking time remain the same? I've tried baking using gold round mold, but the upper layer is cracked, and pale in color. Appreciate your advice so that I can improve in my next bake. However, many thanks for the video sharing. The cake texture is very nice, and taste is absolutely delicious. Thanks again.

    안녕하세요 :)
    1. 팬에 물 붓고 반죽틀 +더큰 원형틀 이중으로 담아두셨는데 그냥 반죽틀 물부은팬 이렇게만해서 구워도 되나요?
    2. 바닥 분리되는 원형틀이 아니라그런데 오븐에서 나오자마자 뒤집어서 빼서 식혀야하나요 틀에서 충분히 식힌다음 빼야할까요?
    3. 그리고 원형틀사이즈 15*15*7인가요?^^

      반가워요, 😃 1. 반죽팬 밑이 뚫여 있어서 그렇게 했어요, 2. 분리팬이 좋지만 없다면 바로 뒤집고 해도 되는데 모양이 흩으러 질 수 있어요, 조금 식히고 하는게 나을 것 같아요, 3. 네, 맞습니다. 맛있게 만들어 드시면 좋겠습니다, 감사합니다. 👍

    Looks amazing! Can you tell what size of cooking form did you use (diameter and hight), I tried several times, it's delicious, but mine is falling (decreasing in size) and shrinking after taking out of oven. How do you avoid that?

    다 구워진 후에는 오븐이나 상온에 얼마나 두고 먹는게 좋을까요?? 굽자마자 상온에서 식혀야하나요? 아님 오븐에 최대한 오래 둔 후에 상온에서 식히고, 이후에 랩으로 감싸 냉장해야하나요ㅠㅠ

    요거트 처리 검색하다가 똑같이 해 봤는데 넘 맛있었어요~ 감사합니다 😊 그런데 꺼냈을 때 예쁘게 나올줄 알았더니 엄청 부풀어서 위가 다 터지고 또 식으면서는 금방 가라앉고 쪼그라들더라고요..뭐가 문제일까요?

    I made this cake without using a mixer or separating the egg whites. I literally just put all the ingredients together and mixed with a whisk & it still came out super delicious

    오븐 꺼지고 10분쯤 후에 꺼내서 한 4시간 실온에 두고, 냉장고로 틀 채로 비닐로 감싸 넣어두는데 케이크 아래가 너무 축축해요ㅠㅠ 해결 방법 없을까요??
    또 구울때 위에가 타기도 하고 너무 부풀어요ㅠㅠ이런 경우엔 어떻게 해야할까요??
