There is not a single elite athlete in the world in ANY sport that does not sleep enough. Not one. Similarly, most extremely successful business people sleep more than you think. It's just that they go to bed early, not waste time watching TV or other entertainment, and get up very early. "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise", a saying of Benjamin Franklin in Poor Richard's Almanack. And billionaire businessman Ted Turner was famous for using almost as a mantra the phrase "“Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell, and advertise”.
