    Sorry, but I've owned three new CT6's: 2 '17s and currently a '19. The first two barely made it to 2000 miles before being returned to GM with a combination of build-quality issues, transmission failures, and electrical gremlins. The 19 has been ok and now has 20,000 miles on it, though it, too has been gutted with wiring harness replacements. The 10 speed transmission is far better than the gawdawful 8 speed, though as it has aged, the confused shifting and clunking is annoying. The interior has way too much plastic, but I reallize that this is an entry level luxury car. I've owned 13 Cadillacs throughout my adult life, but sadly, the CT6 is my last. Time to move up to Audi, BMW or Mercedes.

      @Jeff_Rose 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Many 16 and 17's were returned to dealerships when both the dealership AND the customers gave up because of glitches . . . if those were bad when NEW, I doubt they got better with age . . . transmissions, electrical connections and build quality issues were a challenge. Not a lot that DIY'ers can do to repair old CT6's

    Thanks for this detailed review really helps for someone like me whose research to buy one of these. I love that you test the fit and finish of the interior the way you pressed on the pieces. Suck that even for their premium car, the general still used SO much cheap plastic... its a GM afterall😊
    Also glad you pointed out the 3.0tt needs premium gas where as the NA 3.6 do not. I think I just might consider one just like yours with the 4 wheel steering as that's a really cool feature to have on a big car. Liking everything I see on your ride. The wood trim color is acceptable for me via you can really tell it's supposed to be wood. Would prefer it to be something different but that's not a deal breaker and can easily be fixed .

    My '01 740 Sport interior is leagues above this interior. Clearly as you can hear & see it has cheap/plasticky construction EVERYWHERE. I sat inside one of these at the dealer and was totally disappointed. The rear door shades aren't cut to the shape of the windows. It's just more unrefined American junk. HARD PASS!! smh'
