Good to see you out on the water my friend, don't think I've ever seen you catch a Mangrove. That was fun watching that redfish battle!!!!!!! I so hope I catch one when there next month.
Thanks Steve. I believe that was my fourth mangrove from a kayak, all under the limit. One of my favorites for eating. I didn’t mention it in the video but the biting flies were out in full force, the reason few people were out. We should see redfish in better numbers as it cools down. Take care!
A reel nice Slam J especially that Bronzze Bulldog......Just doesn't get any better with the great weather and all the locals chewing on a variety of plastic!!😎🎣
@@JAllredFishing No structural damage Had my carpet pulled this afternoon....met with insurance adjuster....Drying the house out before carpet install in 2 weeks.....I'm off the tube.....This has been a long week.....What a mess!!
Thanks Bobby, I caught the red on a Mirrolure marsh minnow white with chartreuse tail. I usually stick with white, chartreuse, and watermelon colors. If they are hungry, it doesn’t matter much. That red was near a school of mullet, they hang around mullet schools picking off the finger mullet.
Hey Sean, I was letting the wind push me across an area with a large school of mullet. I don’t like to anchor, but sometimes you must. Thanks for the comment.
The sound of screeching drag..........EXCITING!!!!!
Nicely done!
I was starting to get “screaming drag.” withdrawal, it has been so long. Hopefully it is going to get better.
Another GREAT video,we always enjoy watching.
Weather finally cooling off here in SC and Fall kayak fishing is always fun.
Thank you sir, I appreciate the comment. Fall is my favorite season, I am looking forward to some cooler weather.

The biting flies were insane on the beach that morning!!
Chased me out lol...
They were insane in my kayak also anytime I got close to land. I had insect repellent but they bit me through my shirt and pants.
Nice inshore slam. Headed back that way in October, cant get here fast enough. Love the sound of a fish pulling drag.
It should just get better as fall arrives.

Sorry to hear, I’m sure you have a lot of work ahead.
What is the soft plastic you used to catch redfish. Love your videos.

Heck of a fight on that red. Were you anchored up at that time?
