    I took more valuable information from this video than dozens of others combined. I am looking to get my first pistol optic as my eyes aren't as sharp as they once were and I see an inherent advantage in them. Money is a factor and I personally can't afford multiple optics to vet myself. This information is very valuable to me. Thank you, subbed.

    My two, handgun equipped, Trij RMRs both crapped out in under 3K rds; emitter lens launched into the unknown on one, the other would not hold zero. They were repaired under Warranty (no hassle) and were both installed on PCC/AR9. No issues.
    Both my range and carry handguns now wear Holosun’s. Zero issues with 20K and 12K rds respectively.

      4 of my handguns wear Holosun 507c's. I'm currently in the process of determining if the one on my Staccato C2 is losing zero or if I'm just incapable of shooting it the same each time I go to the range. Each time I leave, I feel I have it zeroed pretty well, but then next time it seems way off. I'm going to keep working on it before winter arrives in Wisconsin, else I'll have to reach out to Holosun (or maybe I should just consider swapping dots between guns to see if it is indeed just the one unit that is faulty).

      Dial in from the bench initially. You need a baseline.
      Next time you believe it may have “lost zero”, shoot it from the bench to confirm it’s the optic, or you.

    • @moeharri
      @moeharri 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DRay-or4tc Good idea. I just got done swapping the red dot between my Shadow 2 and the C2. Traditionally, my Shadow 2 has been a laser--if I had to place money on a shot, that's the setup I'd use and have confidence in. I'm hoping to get to the range today and will need to sight both of these in again. After doing so free hand, I'll confirm at the bench as I'm curious how much my standing trigger pull varies from a supported pull. Fingers crossed, I'll have this figured out this trip or the next trip, at the latest.
      On my last trip, I hadn't noticed that the Taurus TX 22 Competition optic plate (which is installed on the barrel at the factory) wasn't loctited and came loose and we kept losing zero--I thought I was losing my mind until I noticed. So, I need to zero that one today too. As you might be able to tell, I usually blame my shooting before the equipment.
