- Ketovore Lasagna Ingredients: (Eyeballed Recipe)
NOODLES:
Double batch of Ketogenic Woman's Carnivore Noodles (you'll have extra)
• Keto Pasta Noodles - 4...
6 TBSP ground pork rinds - I used:

2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
8 TBSP full fat cream cheese
6 whole eggs
Single batch (just right for a small pan like I used today):
3 TBSP ground pork rinds
1 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
4 TBSP full fat cream cheese
3 whole eggs
FILLING:
About 5 oz of cooked ground beef, or any finely chopped meat of your choice
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
Optional Seasonings: garlic powder, dried onion, oregano, salt and pepper
OTHER:
RAGU Simply Traditional NO SUGAR ADDED Pasta sauce

Extra mozzarella cheese for layering and topping
You can use cookie cutters to cut out some fun shapes with any extra noodles to make it special for kids and family!
This recipe yielded 2 servings approximately 4in X 4in (I used a 9x5 inch meatloaf pan).
Doing this Carnivore?
Omit the red sauce and seasonings!

I'm a 76 year old woman who became carnivore (from decades of vegetarian/Keto) 4 months ago, I went hardcore carnivore and cold turkey off of plant foods (veggies/fruits/grains/all carbs). I wish I had found Sally Norton prior to that because she teaches extensively about plants having OXALATES that are toxic/poisonous to humans/animals. I went through 3-4 weeks of oxalate DETOXING/DUMPING that caused EXCRUCIATING PAIN throughout my body, causing me daily tears and thoughts of "is this worth living for?" It was that bad. I say all that to say I am too afraid to eat anything that has/had oxalates bc of the pain. So seeing you put my favorite tomato sauce on this recipe makes me sad bc I wish I could use that again. But no can do!! I doubt I'll ever eat a plant food again. But YES, I will make this recipe!!! Thank you!!!!
