I made this several years ago and taken it to a Christmas party and no one knew that it was keto and that I used chicken lunchmeat for the noodles. I also made one with alfredo sauce and baby spinach and it was a hit also. Everyone was going back for seconds.

Check out Maria Emmerich’s carnivore lasagna! I think she uses deli chicken slices for the pasta. :)

Suzanne Somers had a recipe for lasagna that used egg crepes as the noodles. It was super good.
We've made a similar version for a few years now. Sliced turkey or even prosciutto works as the "pasta". It's a highly requested potluck dish at church! This also turns out great using the crockpot. A family favorite. ❤
I was wondering if turkey slices would work. There was an unbelievable deal at Costco on clean turkey deli slices so I bought 3 packages.

I make my electrolytes the same way! I dissolve in a bit of lukewarm water and then slooooowly add a liter of sparkling water and a ton of ice. It's such a great alternative to the soda I was addicted to!

Even my son who is on and off keto said it was the best keto recipe he's ever had! I used half a jar of no sugar added sauce each time so it would be lower carbs and yum! Thanks again, Neisha!

My daddy's tip. He looked like Danny DeVito 😊 or Joe Pesci lol. Use a tad of fennel seed for flavor in beef if you don't have sausage😊
In place of Ricotta(hard to find one without additives), I use Daisy cottage cheese. I also add grated parm to the Ricotta and Egg mixture.
I also use half the amount of Rao sauce, and use Bel Gioioso shaved Italian blend cheese. Not mozzarella to keep lower moisture/grease.
What deli chicken do you use ?
@@makennadavidson7663 I have used Members Mark from Sam’s, Turkey or chicken. And Board Head Turkey or Chicken slice thin not shaved.
I always make 2 9x13 dishes and freeze 1, to Thaw and Bake later.

I use Egglife Wraps for my “noodle”… also yummy!
Ketogenic Woman has a great recipe too w just eggs and melted butter I tried for noodles in oven like a crep style it turns out and I cut into strips
Me too. I've made it using the Egglife Wraps. I've used the plain, Italian Herb & Everything But the Bagel Seasoning egglife wraps... all are a great noodle substitute. I trim the edges into squares or rectangles just to fit into the baking dish better. I save the edges to cut into little Fettuccine strips to eat with Alfredo another time. My in-laws couldn't tell the difference between the traditional lasagna & this one.

Because of this video and your's, Ken's and your dad's reactions, I had to try this recipe. I made it last night and holy cow, it was so good! I didn't tell my husband that it was keto at first. He said it was delicious and then asked how I made it. He said he figured there wasn't any pasta in it because I was eating it. He was correct!
