- A couple of large TH-cam channels have discovered that Ken Tamplin, a man who charges thousands of dollars for his vocal lessons, is not singing when he performs live. Marc Ajax and Fil from Wings of Pegasus have done some amazing investigative journalism. Ken might actually be giving advice that's detrimental to the long-term success as a front person. This is a situation that's still unfolding and is likely to get even more hilarious.

Ken does great in belittling world famous singers and claims he is on the same level as Prince on guitar. This guy is such a joke
Awesome! Since then, he chickened out of the sing off, he posted a new video denying everything and doing a 'live vocal demonstration to prove the haters wrong' and there's pretty solid proof he tampered with the audio of that live vocal too 🤣🤣🤣

YT frauds getting busted is always fun to watch. Him playing guitar looks ike an air guitarist who was handed an actual guitar.
He likes to brag that he's Sammy Hagars cousin too, not if that's true.

Ken got big on YT almost a decade ago (Jimmy Fallon showed one of his clips as a comedy bit), and even then there were concerns about the miming - but he's quite litigious and pushy, so has managed to avoid real scrutiny for a while. He can sing but obviously doesn't have the pipes to perform as well as he says in the situations that he purports to coach for. There is something a bit slippery about the whole deal.

@@M2Singing lol omg I would try a sing off and I had thyroid cancer with total thyroidectomy which left my vocal chords stapled back together... then right after that my neck was fused c3-c7 then a year later the plate removed then a year later I got the back of my neck fused due to breaking it again... Lost my high range belting but my lows are of thunder now................................. I will STILL destroy Kenny boy.

Tbh, the guy has a decent voice even though he's obviously got caught lip syncing (and doing some awful guitar miming to his own, fairly crappy solo - its actually him since there a clips of him playing it fairly badly), so he's not a complete fraud. And the guy making vids about him is obsessed and has been pumping out vids on the subject hourly
