Do you have any suggestions for inflamed fingers? I'm a chef and after a really long shift, my fingers are swollen and painful. What exercises can I do to reduce inflammation?
Gosh I have so many too choose from! My 5 minute movement series has several follow along videos that can really help with inflammed, stiff fingers- th-cam.com/play/PLBVEMTUsRUvJFNCH9b05Jqk6AM-2miJep.html
Would these be useful for recovery from 5th metacarpal base fracture? I’ve been following the boxers fracture video, but I’ve also heard that since it’s the base it’s more of a wrist problem than finger/hand problem. Love your videos!
Thank you Michelle for all your videos. May I ask what's your take on shockwave therapy after a wrist fracture? 6 weeks after my radius fracture, I started physiotherapy. My practitioner decided to use shockwave, which I find very painful. It makes me cry, so they tell me 'no pain, no gain' and that I have low tolerance to pain. I understand physiotherapy is painful but I wonder if I could ask for more gentle ways to improve mobility (such as the exercises in your video).
Thank you for the positive impact your videos have,
Thanks!
Your videos are too helpful mam for my wrist stiffness after fracture operation.
Thank you so much! ❤
I love this! I don’t have problems with my wrist but am still doing these exercises anyway :)
Nice! Glad you like them!
Thank you so much

Where do I buy a Theraband?
Are these good for people that had carpal tunnel surgery ?. After so much time of using the braces, now my wrists feels like are made of jelly.
