I think I really damaged my finger joints when I was in my 20s... I was super super strong in weights, wrestling boxing etc.... I could submit men just by interlocking our fingers and squeezing my fingers sideways.... I used my hands to drive #16 nails through 2x6s etc.... Now at 83 I am paying for all of that.... My joints in my hands always hurt and have very little strength to hold onto things..... The reason I'm saying this is to dissuade any notions young men have of doing these crazy things I listed.... The exercises I did back then were similar in nature to what you demonstrated here and that was good, it's how I developed that strength but .... It was the stupid things I did with that strength I am paying for now....

1000 and 1200 lb hand grips are available on the Internet. (Beginners accept, since it will save money on grips.)
Please note to save some money as your grip strength increases to go on forever, on Amazon and Ebay there are 2 hand grip exercisers that one promotes 1000 lbs and the other 1200 lbs, using 6 springs that last forever and the grips easily allow to remove springs and 12 notch positions to find a poundage you feel comfortable with exercising with. The springs are held in place by 2 bar touching each other and if one slide to the side releases the springs. 1 spring in the highest notch position, will give a 200 lb workout and 2 springs in the highest positions is a 400 lb work out - good for one year's practice. The lowest position with one spring is from 50 to 70 lbs, approximate.

@@joseenoel8093 My dog battled cancer for 5 years (she was given less than a year) and I gave her fresh cold water twice a day because she drank so much. Her calcium level would become elevated and it was her instinct to drink water in order to dilute it (according to vet). She had to have a treatment every 4 to 6 weeks to reduce the calcium (caused by the cancer somehow). She finally succumbed in 2018 but we went through a lot together with specialists and all. She did very well on the I.V. chemo but the chemo pills they gave her caused too much grief to keep her on them. We just had to say goodbye to one cat because she wasn't eating and became weak. Last August they removed her eye after it began to bleed and they autopsied her eyeball. She had melanoma in it and cancer went to her lymph nodes. She was 12 yrs old and a rescue-I have several others. When I lose them, I'm done with pets as I'm getting older and ache too much myself. No one to help care for them.
