Sometimes I just lose motivation to make me some delicious food. I end up eating boring oatmeal with milk. When I watch how you make your food I always find and get motivation to love food again. Its not just your recipes, its your attitude towards making it. Thank you for these delisouc recipes.

If you feel the motivation to make some delicious meals for yourself then go with it but if you don't feel that motivation, accept it and tell yourself that you're doing the best you can under the circumstances. It might be helpful to do some meal prep when you have the motivation as that will bring you through some of the times when the motivation isn't there. I’m glad you called out Miley because I was soo frustrated with her for her “reasons” to stop being vegan. So many options out there! These breakfasts look so delicious!
While I don't know all the reasons why she quit being vegan, I think it's just plain out toxic to call people out like that. She became vegan by choice, and if for some reason she felt like it wasn't doing her well, she also has the choice to stop being so. Veganism is not a one size fits all diet. And don't get me wrong, I am PRO VEGANISM but the matter of the fact is, it's not for everyone. Some people naturally have trouble absorbing certain nutrients, people like me have IBS that flares up occasionally and makes me almost completely unable to eat any fruit or veggies because the fiber irritates my gut. My entire point is, please don't call people out. Be as compassionate to people as much as you are compassionate to animals. Peace, a fellow vegetarian

I don't like it when people misrepresent veganism, especially celebrities who have a huge following. They need to be careful about what they say. However, I DO agree that veganism is not for everyone. I also have really bad stomach/digestive issues, and while I often eat vegan meals, I cannot handle a purely vegan diet. I've tried and it only makes my symptoms worse. I do well with a balance of plant-based meals and animal protein.
I've made these muffins a few times. Today I made my final version with these tweaks: I upped the tomatoes and olives, eliminated the oil, added 1 T of vinegar to the wet ingredients as leavening, and then baked it in an 8X8 pan to make 9 "bars" instead of muffins. Once out of the oven but still warm I drizzle with balsamic glaze. Thanks Gaz, brilliant! PS The ONLY positive result of living thru a pandemic is that I have the time, and some days, motivation, to cook real food as inspired by my TH-cam chef's guidance.
ohh yesssss. Those muffins would be perfect for snowboarding/skiing days. We make similar burritos but love adding vegan sausage into the mix. they freeze well too without any sauce. We love the bloopers

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! I am deffo more of a savoury gal than a sweet-toothed gal and this is perfect for me. Also great for a lunch idea at work if I forget to prepare a salad.

You can add frothy sugar topping to the espresso just take 3 tsp of brown sugar in a cup, add 1 tsp of the first brew of the coffee and stir until you get the froth and then pour the rest of coffee. It’s delicious!

I have cooked the basic boring tofu scramble on many youtube channels but this one looks delicious and made my mouth water, love all the fresh ingredients, going to give it a go.
On the go breakfast cereals like puffed rice,firm tofu ,cherry tomatoes are an excellent choice.Buy a packet of puffed rice.Add chopped tomatoes,tofu,raisins,cucumber,pumpkin seeds,sesame seeds, Now add this mixture in the pita bread .Ready to go .Or eat just like that with little salt ,pepper and few drops of lemon

I start my barista position again tomorrow and was nervous about waking up early and making a breakfast that will last me a while, give me all the energy/nutrients I need, and is quick enough that I’ll make it to work on time. I just made the muffins and had one and WOW. They are absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to take a few on the go tomorrow and have a breakfast with a zillion great ingredients that’ll keep me satiated for a while. My boyfriend is also floored. Your recipes are great and I love your videos! But I wanted to add, that the omega3-fatty-acids in flax seeds break down when heated, thats why you end up with significantly less omega 3's in your meal. Put them as a topping on your meals or mix them in after cooking, therefore you get all the positive health benefits. But when you're looking at the binding properties of flax, your choice is really good gaz! Also they're a good source of fiber.

I tried the breakfast muffin recipe. Delicious! However, I substituted chick peas as I don't like tofu. Also I added cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg as I like more spice ( I'm from the Caribbean). I'm not vegan, but your recipes are an awesome option for me. Thanks!

For anyone concerned about the seeds protection mechanism you can research how to activate em to not worry bout threat but for me chia pudding is best if i put the mixture together and then blend it all up. It’ll be like actual pudding!
I tried making two things. The banana pudding and the muffins. I don't think I did the muffins well. They taste okay but were moist in the middle and needed to cook longer and drier on the outside. The pudding has good flavor and I improvised with sea salt carmel coconut chips on top.

i'm here again because i saw your dish on the wagamama's menu when i went to pick up my daughter's birthday lunch this week! we couldn't order your dish unfortunately as take out but i can't wait to try it!! so anyway, i've been hungry all week, realising, my matcha tea is not enough for breakfast doing homeschooling..i need these 3 dishes to help me get back to exercise in the early mornings and then smash all the lessons with my daughter after! I tried the breakfast muffin recipe. Delicious! However, I substituted chick peas as I don't like tofu. Also I added cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg as I like more spice ( I'm from the Caribbean). I'm not vegan, but your recipes are an awesome option for me. Thanks!

I was really excited to try out the muffins, so I made them yesterday. I changed the recipe just a little bit (I used some more spices and a chickpeas + oats flour) and they are so delicious! Thank you for the inspiration :)
So you used a mix of chickpea flower and oat flour? did that work well? I'm thinking of trying this as it's much healthier than wheat flour :)

There's chia fruit cups for like $3 a cup at superstore so I will definitely try this recipe it's probably cheaper in the long run and way healthier!

For anyone concerned about the seeds protection mechanism you can research how to activate em to not worry bout threat but for me chia pudding is best if i put the mixture together and then blend it all up. It’ll be like actual pudding!
I tried making two things. The banana pudding and the muffins. I don't think I did the muffins well. They taste okay but were moist in the middle and needed to cook longer and drier on the outside. The pudding has good flavor and I improvised with sea salt carmel coconut chips on top.
I just made the muffins and I must say they are AMAZING!!!!

i'm here again because i saw your dish on the wagamama's menu when i went to pick up my daughter's birthday lunch this week! we couldn't order your dish unfortunately as take out but i can't wait to try it!! so anyway, i've been hungry all week, realising, my matcha tea is not enough for breakfast doing homeschooling..i need these 3 dishes to help me get back to exercise in the early mornings and then smash all the lessons with my daughter after! The only thing I would change in the breakfast burrito, is instead of catsup I'd use salsa. Tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice... Yum!

@@3Zeppoli tbf it was not store bought ketchup and looked a little like salsa anyways. I think it's just cos it's a breakfast burrito, they traditionally have ketchup on them as it's usually with eggs.
@@Demondoink1 That's a good point, I didn't consider it being homemade (should've been obvious considering it's Gaz) I do think salsa would've been the preferable choice still.

Salsa has too much liquid it would make the wraps soggy if you didn’t eat it right away
