    I’m so grateful for this video!
    Today I am having someone come help me clean and organize my house. This is a large wound for me. I grew up in a messy home and have taken this into my adulthood. I carry a lot of shame around this and don’t allow people to come over.
    I’m proud of the step I am taking today and this video was exactly what I needed in this moment.

    thank you so, so much - felt the need to practice body mindfulness because i was on the verge of a panic attack, woke up with a sensation of being stabbed in my belly. very happy to notice i needed to come back to my body and feeling very grateful for your channel !! there is always something, just for me 🤍 appreciate the fact you include mantras/affirmations at the end of these practices. it allowed a very gentle voice to find a way back in my head, i wanna keep nurturing it. and last but not least, you are BEAUTIFUL, thanks for sharing your beauty with us 🗯️📢❕❕❕🩶🤍🤍

    Nico, remember to trust yourself in this deep process of un-layering. Trust that you doing any particular yoga flow for YOU, because it is what YOU need, is also a sacred offering externally, there is no need to worry if this is "what the people want or need." And perhaps, some of them are sacred offerings internally, what you need that you don't feel like sharing in this moment. As you say, "extend gratitude to yourself for this act of self-care and self-love today", and I encourage you to peer inside (or look at what may be staring you in the face) to see what self-care and self-love are for you in this moment. Have they shifted into something new or unexpected? Is it still aligned with where you are now? Can you follow that urge? What do YOU need most in this moment? Even if it's scary, see if you can take one step towards THAT. As always, take what resonates, and leave the rest. However you feel cared for, I'm sending that.
