It works. After a car accident in 2017 I live with chronic pain & Fibromyalgia. After years of trying many meds one of them I reacted too gave me congestive heart failure. When I got that news almost one year ago I chose to change everything in my life. I got off all meds except heart meds. I thought it was worth a try. I left everyone and everything that wasn't healthy for me. Just like that. It was hard but my health is worth it. I wake up everyday early and meditate. I visualize my heart and pain healing. I eat very healthy. No alcohol or any substance. I am limited to exercise but I do what I can. I listen to my body. Happy to hear that your back is feeling better, though I fear you may have missed the point of this video. It's not about healing your physical ailments by thinking good thoughts (you should try strengthening your core, improving your posture and stretching for that purpose), it's about the correlation of the way that you choose to think having a direct effect on your mental health over a period of time.
@@darcydistefano363 Mental health is part of your health though... so not sure what you're trying to say there. Your mind can convince your body that it's not alright which directly affects the way that your body feels, therefore affecting your physical health. The two go hand in hand.

Gratitude is an uplifting spirit gift from God. It comes alive inside you. The more you practice it daily, the stronger it grows. I have been doing it for 8 years. I'm not sure that this information was ready for the world to accept until now. Don't be sad, be excited you get to witness the light bulb come on for millions
I have felt that also. But then I realized believing that is the opposite of what is being taught here. I don't know anyone who hasn't made mistakes and has not caused life to be more complicated then it needed to be. But all our experiences and mistakes shaped us. We must have learned valuable life lessons along the way to have this message reach us now and want to apply it to improve our lives. There are a lot of people that would just brush it off and think it's nonsense, but we can be thankful that we discovered this teaching while we still have time to practice it. Dr dispenza teaches us so much. And most importantly God makes no mistakes, and created us as exactly as who we are supposed to be. I'd call Dispenza a quack, but you have to be a doctor. This guy is a chiropractor; chiropractors are not MDs. They are practitioners of pseudo-science.
@@intentionaloutcome9068 Redirecting your thoughts to create a better emotional state is absolutely scientifically relevant, & factually true! Keeping a positive mindset does help promote better health, & there's nothing wrong with that way of being! But this is not what Dispenza claims. The human brain has no magical ability to cause physiological processes to be more effective than they're going to be without your thinking about them, & definitely not going to affect any malady that has afflicted humankind for hundreds of thousands of years. If that's all it took to reverse Type 1 diabetes, leukemia, bipolar disorder, or any of thousands of other conditions, we'd already know about it; it would just be part of the natural order of things & we wouldn't need Dispenza to tell us. If there was anything legit about "alternative medicine", it would just simply be "medicine". Anyone who claims that they have some new information that can significantly & quantifiably cure diseases that have been stumping people with actual relevant education & expertise for generations, _MUST_ back their claim up with evidence. Large scale, reproduceable studies. No exceptions! Otherwise, it's pseudoscience & magical thinking. Dispaneza's claims that we can basically think ourselves well is bullshit on its face & potentially criminal. Remember, he's a chiropractor, who are not doctors & have no legitimate scientific backing. Ever notice they don't 'cure' anyone, & need to keep going back for more 'adjustments'? I went onto the veranda yesterday and sat down, and out the blue I realised how fortunate my hubby and I are. The table and chairs on the veranda is not ours. A friend asked us to keep it for her as she had no space for it. Then I looked at the garden, and how beautiful it is, but it is not our garden as we rent the apartment. I looked over the way and was in awe of the mountain in front of me, and of coarse it does not belong to me. I decided to go inside and make some coffee, put the kettle on, and o'h yes, the kettle is on permanent loan after ours broke. I have so much, even though nothing is truly mine. I am so grateful for all of it.

Since I feel what you're talking about, I would like to share some suggestions. Quit watching / listening any so called "news". Don't watch any depressing movies, tv shows etc. Is there anybody near you who needs any kind of help? Some elder whom you can bring groceries? Help them. Pay attention to people you usually don't notice and be kind to them... clerks, sellers, cleaners etc. Integrate at least some kind of physical activity every day, or /and walk. Do at least 5min (increase as you get used) meditation every day. Pay attention to what kind of food you're eating. I wish you all the best!
At 9:52 , this reminds me so much of Michael from HigherUp Wellness who advocates about getting serious on the “WHY” of your goals and getting so specific to what it is you want to work towards and heal from!

6:00 that‘a so true… growth and comfort cannot co-exist. That is what makes it so difficult 😮 I have learned from kids HOW DIFFICULT things can be the first time! Or even the first couple of times! Great insights from Joe. It complements well Bruce Lipton's insights about the cell membranes recognizing the thoughts as environmental signals. If the signals generate a growth response, the cells gets healthier, but if they generate a protection response, they are debilitating for the cells.
1. Stress throws the body out of balance. 2. Anger, hatred, frustration, competition, control, judgement, envy, fear, powerlessness, and more are emotions which are all connected to emotional stress and lack of balance. 3. Certain stimuli act as triggers which can throw us into a state of emotional balance. 4. If thoughts can make us sick, they can also make as well and bring with them more energy - We need to manage our energy and focus. This means that we have to inhibit thoughts that throw us out of emotional balance and into fight or flight mode which is very taxing on our body. Our body can be addicted to being in fight or flight mode and the thoughts which trigger it since our bodies are ones of habit. The body attempts to keep us in the known and will fight change. 5. Different thoughts come with different neurochemistry. Through being intentional with our thoughts and breath work, we can change our neurochemistry and return our bodies to homeostasis. If our bodies are conditioned to not be in emotional balance, it'll take a while for our thoughts to bring us back to emotional stasis. 6. Focus on what the feeling of gratitude feels like for 15 minutes a day, and in 4 days there will be a 50% increase in critical chemicals which help the body fight disease. - Practice gratitude! 7. When you are in a state of calm, the power of the prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain responsible for critical thinking and intentionality) becomes amplified. 8. When you are in this state, your being changes, what you radiate out into the world changes, and what you attract changes as a result. This is when positive and abundant change takes place.
This is a powerful explanation of how our mindset can change our health. Thank you for creating this video. I always feel that we human beings can heal ourselves but no idea why and how. The power is within us.

When I first started watching videos of this kind I couldn't understand anything, but my intuition told me to keep going, study more and investigate myself and my feelings. I was suffering so much! I try to appreciate everything I can still do, but losing so much abilities at just 32 is not easy.
Excellent. Recognizing the power to choose thoughts, practicing, and over-writing negative thought habits. Why hold a negative, harmful, useless thought when you can think of ANYTHING else. Perhaps something completely new and useful. 💡
It’s like that song in Peter Pan: “Think of the happiest things. It’s the same as having wings. You can fly!🧚♀️” We can figuratively fly to our destined happy place just by changing our thoughts - except it won’t be Neverland, but a place where we DO GROW UP into our full potential!🤗
Stress kills. I learned at a young age when I first experienced the "emotional stress" getting disciplined from my parents. Every time I'd cry an be upset, I would get a headache an feel my body breaking down. I've also noticed that the stress can be used to motivate if you focus on the goals you want for yourself.
That makes total sense to me on every Level , if you waken with bad thoughts , continue your day and sleep amongst them , you end up negative twisted and bitter

Amazing I can't believe it. I'm living with hearing problems and worst tinnitus for the last 12 years. I had 2 failed eardrum surgeries. Dr said now you will have to live with this hearing loss. I hope this will work for me atleast

Gratitude is an uplifting spirit gift from God. It comes alive inside you.
The more you practice it daily, the stronger it grows.
I have been doing it for 8 years.
One day, I prayed to God as i was in despair, and the answer I sensed in my spirit was:
Give thanks 🙏🏻
it's difficult in the beginning, but it becomes as important as the air I breathe
This is frighteningly eye-opening.
It is so easy to get "addicted" to negativity which seems like a paradox but you see it more and more I think. 😮
"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." Albert Einstein

Takes the listener to the state of self awareness.
Start giving and you will start feeling grateful ❤️ because the people you give to usually express gratitude, and the feeling gets transferred to you.
It's sad it's only taken me 65 years to learn what is expressed here. It's true, it works, I've lived it.
I'm not sure that this information was ready for the world to accept until now. Don't be sad, be excited you get to witness the light bulb come on for millions
Never too late!
Much love to you and enjoy your life manifesting health and happiness

Joe Dispenza is a great teacher. Many of these ideas are not new but he puts it all together in a scientific way
Dispensza opens Spiritual Wormholes in the brain
I'd call Dispenza a quack, but you have to be a doctor. This guy is a chiropractor; chiropractors are not MDs. They are practitioners of pseudo-science.
Redirecting your thoughts to create better emotional states of being has nothing to do with science, its just a way of being.
(Spoiler: nothing gets adjusted when they crack your back, it just feels good... for a little while)
He’s very knowledgeable but a terrible teacher

Thank you very much, I'm grateful that there are people like you ❤
