Everyone has time for an 8 minutes Routine!! Did you feel you will do this again or use some of these moves daily?
I teach senior fitness classes and this is a regular part of our warming up.
I’m 66 now and have seen over the last decade my mobility is slightly impaired, no doubt from osteoarthritis in my fingers. The days of yoga handstands and 90 min vinyasa have passed now due to pain visiting me with prolonged use.
Body changes are inevitable but never welcomed, unless they are positive changes! Lol

I have been having wrist pain on the right side. But this felt nice and I didn’t have pain with these moves. Ahh my hands and wrists feel good now. It’s nice to move in directions I don’t normally move.

Ahhhhh...a great one for knitters as well! My massage therapist is always like "what the heck have you been doing to get such tight forearms and hands?!" This is a great stretch to counter that.
