This was so lovely to do as I wind down my Sunday! Day 1 and 8 are my favs so far. Stretching does make me humble because I am certainly not as flexible as many. However, it also makes me appreciate my body and all the things it does for me daily. We beat our bodies up so much, and it is nice to slow down and honor what it does for us! ❤
Be humble! In the past, I’ve always felt like I couldn’t get better at stretches/ flexibility during exercise classes when I couldn’t do them. It is so helpful that you remind us to modify or deepen when we need to. It helps me to feel empowered to change a stretch when it doesn’t feel right, but also lets me know that the change will also accomplish the same as what’s being “shown.”

Thank you for this 30 days challenge playlist!! This is really helpful to do a few stretches everyday. I only struggle with listening and looking at your videos at the same time because many times the instructions of left and right don’t match with what I see. Not sure it’s meant to be this way but i stopped looking and only follow by listening to not get confused

In the beginning of the year my step instructor was telling us the importance of stretching & strength training as we age. She set up a challenge for us to do 5 days of stretching/mobility & 3 days each of strength & cardio. I didn’t participate because I thought I didn’t like strength training & couldn’t do mobility. I compromised by adding another day of strength & at least trying to get 1 mobility per week. Then I found you & strarted adding the 3rd day of strength & with this program I’m doing the mobility/ stretch & realizing that I don’t hate strength training & I’m not as bad at mobility as I thought! I humbly thank you for putting this together & helpin me find my inner athlete!

That was a a great after workout stretch. I remember doing these types of stretches at the end of most workouts. I don't know what happened, why we got away from that but now it's get it done quick quick quick and you don't get the stretch, even warmup with some trainers. I humbly thank you Chris for all the time and effort put into the quality of workouts that you post.

Your garden is so beautiful! I found this to be a humbling experience. I did this stretch after one of your full body strength workouts. I found the strength workout challenging, but also felt great about using heavier weights for several moves. In the stretching workout, I found that I was frustrated with myself for having such a hard time. The straddle stretch is especially difficult for me and my hips started to ache. The take home message is that sometimes I need to put down the weights and do the stretching! As if you don't already tell us that every day!! 🤪
I loved this quick stretch so much yesterday that I am using it again after this morning's strength workout. I am loving this 30 day stretch/mobility challenge and am using the guide to help prepare for each day/week... thank you so much for putting it together... It’s 10 pm, and I managed to get Day 8 in on Day 8. I love the song, always be HUMBLE and Kind; it’s something too many people forget in our world. If our world leaders could only remember it, we would be living in a less scary world!
