I think what really happened was that Javier and his crew figured out they could make their own money and stopped making you money that's why in all your comments you make it seem like you got rid of them but it was the other way around. It’s a steep climb but lm willing to do whatever it takes to make it blend in with the contemporary look of the house. Located in Denville, NJ
I'm glad you can charge good money down there. (labor is expensive) Here in Washington state people are so cheap and wouldn't want to pay 10k for a project like this. They look for the cheapest.

I do this about 40-50% of the time, and the difference between your 100% and my 50% is obvious. Great work.
