I have absolutely nothing against hybrids or electric vehicles that governments & environmentalists are adamantly pushing. As always, buyers with the most disposable income will eventually determine market production. I'm purchasing the RX 350 F Sport Handling. There is just something about hearing the roar of an engine from 1 mph accelerating rpm's to gain entry onto the freeway before safely leveling out to get to my destination. The current all gas 4 cylinder turbo is powerful enough for me.
2:16 I used to think the “nose” of the RX was too far forward and giving it this weird exaggerated bullnose look, but on side profiles, 1:40, it’s seems okay--leading me to think the issue is not how far forward the nose is, but rather the _height_ of the hood where it ends at the nose. It should taper down more like the NX. (FWIW, we have the 2024 RX 450H+ and have grown to love it).
Unfortunately the which to buy no longer seems to apply in 2025. Premium+ now comes with 21" standard so you have to drop to Premium. Even then Lexus likes to tack on the 21" with certain options like the Convenience package when they allocate the cars even though it doesn't bundle it on their site.
Not at all, it’s all based on my experience and I have had a lot of it. I have had a lot of cars from different manufacturers. Old and new. I wouldn’t have another corvette or any GM products. As much as I loved me first Audi I could never buy one today.we currently have a VW cc as we do the RX and a 75 olds 88 convertible. I had a loved the bmw Z3 which came to a sad a sudden death inside out garage when a drunk drive mashed into the house and garage. Yes I have owned a good number of vehicles to compare.
I wouldn’t own one of these with a 4 banger I’ll keep my 2016 RX 350 with the 3.5 liter and it only has 55k miles on it. If anything was to ever happen to it, I’d get a 2022 RX 350 with the 3.5 liter

The easy answer is NONE OF THEM 😆 The RX is honestly the worst luxury crossover in the class. Every single category it falls way below par. The RX can be the best thing in human history and still be dead on arrival compared to any other luxury vehicle We now live in a world where infiniti is better than Lexus. Ouch
It isn’t a race car, Lexus has one of the most luxury ride and very quiet. I had everything GM Ford Mopar BMW VW Audi Nissan and Lexus beats all of them
@@markwagner4909so does every other luxury car LOL But those other luxury cars combine those attributes with much better performance and handling and luxury
@markwagner4909 Doesn't have to be a sports car. It just needs to feel safe and predictable. It does not. It floats, lean, bobs, dives, and just feels sickening. Most Lexus products do. Then there are other detractors like the aweful drone of the vacuum cleaner sounding engine. All thanks to that stupid CVT. I also understand Toyota and Lexus don't innovate for the sake of reliability, but give me a break. You can't be that far behind! Never buying another Toyota/Lexus product again!
@@Curryolla maybe you don’t know how to drive one? I have an 8 speed automatic not a cvt which apparently is this issue you had or having. None of mine floats leans or nibs or dives. How come Lexus RX doesn’t have ANY AIR SUSPENSION!!?

Great review!! Spot on.
I love my 4 cyl on a camry but an RX with turbo? It must be high compression 91 octane only.
In Saudi arabia the minimum is 91 for all cars. though it's almost 50 cents for a liter.
the only problem is that the car prices are insane

All car manufacturers charge a subscription for their connection service, no?
Is a term null transmission means CVT
Is this a promotion for the RX ???
Ikr. The RX doesn’t deserve any respect. Because it’s so lackluster compared to rivals. The RX is dead on arrival

They don’t make 6 cylinders it’s gonna be 4 cylinders
Yeah he was being sarcastic. I too miss the old 6 cylinder RX.

i drive my V6Hybrid as long as it lasts; now 320000 on it. But never ever i will buy a 4cyl in such a heavy car !!
A $70k+ 4 cylinder? I THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+ 2 electric motors…
The cheapest hybrid version. The inline 4 in these suvs really suck and rumble. Mr toyoda isn’t doing a wine glass test in these

Buy a Palisade Calligraphy or Telluride with real V6 and nicer interior
You need valve adjustment in v6 and smell Chinese plastic inside.
