Yes I noticed that too. My only complaint about the Lexus. I love everything else about it.
it doesnt go like that in person, its the pixel of the light not matching the camera footage.

yes it does because of not having a spire tire.
It has a spare tire that isn’t a donut
350h should have spare with normal tires. 450h plug ij have runflats without spare I think
