first two exercise are the best exercise for skin glowing, in 2 to 3 days we can see our skin glowing and also it reduces hair fall too, but we should do it at least for 5 minutes a day in morning.

I was suffering from severe acne for many years.I tried various things to cure,but I didn't get cure.From 1 year I have started yoga..now I don't have any skin problems..
No doubt, you have beautiful skin. I have also started doing Asana. Being thin it is easy for me to do certain asanas. In one go I did Mauurasana. Shirshana I can do well. From today I started doing bakasana but this will take 2-3 days to do properly. Now what you have shown is in my list.

Guys you should definitely try these aasans...I have been doing these yoga aasans since 7 days and it has done wonders on my face ...my face is really glowing and my pimple marks have definitely started to fade away...!! You just have to keep patients because these aasans are not easy initially especially the 2nd one..but once you start doing it you will see amazing results!! Good luck!!

Guys this exercise is absolutely true .I been doing youga since I'm 10.My skin has no problem and it glows .I really didn't know why do have a good skin even though I don't even have a skin routine Edit: I'm 18 now and my parents are 51 and 65 respectively but their face looks awesome with some face routine. And my skin is Well same as it was 😅 It has no problems it's supple And heathy and I'll carry on yoga for the rest of my life P S I even got my own degree as a yoga instructor with my parents along my c.a studies too 😁😁😁😁.c.a is still going on yoga also helps me influence my studies too. And also my mom had PCOD and,guess what she handles it like a boss because of yoga,but lately she's having breakouts because of menopause but it's minor because she still continues yoga and mind ya she started doing yoga in her late 30 s and she's as flexible as me so my matured ladies heard that, If I had an insta account you could have seen how we all looked but I'm focusing on my studies a bit as c.a is not child's place 🙄🙄😭.bur when I make one damn sure I'll inform
Ma'am when i do ardhasana , my knees can't stand straight , i mean they remain in a bent or angular position , is there some kind of deformity in my knees?
Mam... what’s the role of breaths in asanas... how many breaths do we take in sarvangasana and halasana... I always get confused in inhaling and exhaling... can we do it either ways while doing the asanas or should do it the right way as u say??
Not everyone's body is flexible that is why you have to workout everyday. If you workout everyday you can get flexibility and you'll have a perfect skin.

You can do these asanas according to your flexibility level. Like if you cannot touch your toes with your hands it's okay, reach as much as you can. Listen to your body. Gradually you're gonna be able to do these.

Same here .. I started yoga during lockdown.. and my hair are growing and hair fall completely stopped.. quality of hair have also improved
