Flowey's pot?
As far as fanmade Undertale fights go, this is pretty impressive. The callbacks to the various encounters with Flowey (his explanation of his early "life" as a flower from the Genocide Route, and the final barrage being a homage to his attacks as Photoshop Flowey from the Neutral Run) are a nice touch, and Flowey certainly seems in-character as far as he can be while still fitting the storyline here. Heck, you even threw in a lot of creative ways to use his signature "Inescapable Bullet Ring of Death" trick!
Also, why am I not surprised that Flowey's "SOUL Mode" gimmick reverses the rules of bullets? Given how he's one of the most Genre Savvy characters in the game, being able to reverse the rules fits him like a glove.

thats why i hated sora. from 358/2 days, we learned that only like 5 of the 13 members are bad persons. the rest are a bunch of funny and caring characters, manipulated by the organisation. in kh2, sora sinply kills everyone of them, because yen sid (and partly king mickey) told sora they are bad. stupid sora

To be fair, we learn in KH3D that it was what it took for them to become people again. Their deaths and apparently the deaths of their Heartless at some point before then allowed them to return. Xehanort too, but that's beside the point.
In KH3D, Ienzo and Aeleus, who were last seen being killed by the two Rikus in CoM, helped Lea coordinate his mission which led him to Disney Castle to help Mickey.

Again, to be fair, when you have someone like Xemnas who says he can help you out so long as you do what he says without question on pain of being erased completely, some people would buckle and do it.
It's especially bad when you have people like Roxas in the beginning, who has no idea what's really going on, and then there's Saïx becoming the mask and ultimately betraying Axel/Lea.
Also to be fair, he was using the only weapon that could hurt them(or at least, allow them to be hurt by it's presence)-- it's not like there's a key-tranq-gun or anything like that, so unless they yield before they would, ya know, die..... Well, what choice does he have?

This is SO Toby-like! I adored every second of this fight: every line, every attack, every action and rules you made to make this battle are 100% realistic, the use of sprites and musics is perfectly accurate and precise and it doesn't hurt with the actual Pacifist ending. The fact that Flowey tells you his story like he did in the Genocide is a oh- SO great idea so it is him healing you during the fight, repeating his first trick and luring you to have compassion of him... and him recreating Omega-Flowey's attacks with pellets?! AAAAAAH, I was SO hyped at that part!!
But look at me, digressing again in a panegyric without getting to the point: 100/10, definetly would payto have it in normal Undertale, great gameplay, sorry and thank you.
i swear this should be the final boss at true pacifist. Then............you would be able to SAVE everyone. There's only 1 person you don't save in true pacifist. That's right. Flowey.

pedoka Henrique well, to be fair, Chara probably IS there. that's why you have flashbacks to their memories. afterall, it was Frisk coming into contact with their grave that woke them up, so they'd be around on every route. though they don't really have a soul of their own anymore, so if Frisk wasn't around, they'd eventually end up like Flowey. Thank.god for Frisk being around and choosing Pacifist, huh?
Chara is bound to frisk by determination and asriel is flowey.

Omega Flowey's human souls drop a lot of heal items. Also the pattern is so simple.
I've tried this boss Friday. It took me forever to beat him, and to be honest, it was more luck than skill
... So, easier or harder or normal?
Which part was more luck? The only random parts are the colored circle attacks and the first attack; the colored circles are memorization and reaction, while the first attack can just be dodged by staying in a corner.

when you turn orange, if you spam x and enter, like i did, anticpating skipping the text, you turn white instead
also, if you dodge the green pellets when you turn orange, it helps save health.

cyan and orange (patience and bravery) get only detailed explained as attacks. blue attacks are usually in a cyan colour and you're not allowed to move. You must be patient. For orange attacks you must go through them meaning you must be brave.
The souls functions never get shown in the canon but based on the attacks we can imagine that it might be related to that and could also figure out how the kids died. (patience did never dodge while bravery always ran into the attacks.)
Fans try to show their ideas of those souls functions in the games :3

Not bad but
1) Half of the fight is Flowey explaining what players should already know about the plot, so it's pretty pointless. If you use Fowey as a boss, you should introduce new elements without trying to retcon the canon. I know it's hard, and that's why I think it's better to use entirely new characters such as Red.
2) The orange hearth with inverted rules is a good idea, especially when it switches mid-attack, but the multicolored one at the end does not change anything mechanically and doesn't make much sense narratively. I was very rare for hearth to change color in UT and it should stay this way.
3) It"s already be pointed out, but the music is not very fitting.
Still, aside from that, it's a really good fight. Well done!

The reverse move confused me at first but I finally realized that the heart had changed colors so something was different XD REALLY cool fight though! It's hard to make something like this so kudos to you!

This is the most thought out, well written, original, and is very well put. It actually looks like it belongs in the game. It's amazingly better than other fan-made battles and complement you for that.

If there is a next undertale, the game should start out with this battle in the true pacifist run, then continue on.

I just watched the video because avoiding shit at a forced 1 hp right at the beginning of a fight isn't actually fun
To clarify this looks like a fun fight but an opening like that - with the knowledge I'd need to keep replaying it if I died at any point - killed any motivation I had to actually play it
The forced 1 hp at the beginning only lasts for two attacks; the first one can be dodged by just staying still in the corner, and the second attack is pretty much the same as Asgore's slowest colored trident attack.
The period of time you're at 1 HP for is minimal with very easy attacks

but due to how hard it is you should have 3 refuses when you die without a refuse you get sent back to the start with 3 refuses again

OMG the remaked attacks, so awesome, how creative how he used Omega floweys attacks as bullet formed attacks in this fight. i got the fight too but its a little bit hrd for me, but its so nice to see how he sed the bullets for mimic the attaks of his OMEGA form
The fight was decent. The music was a little off and so were some of the attacks but it was a overall good fight.
I loved every part of this except the music.
