Honestly this is my headcanon. Flowey is on the surface with frisk and everyone else, still rather cynical to his lack of a soul but not murderous and sometimes can emulate compassion

It's crazy how when Flowey does the one unavoidable attack where he restricts your movement from avoiding the pellet circle, somehow he just never manages to finish the job. Deep down, he knows the plot refuses to allow that.

This should honestly be a secret fight in the game. After you beat asriel, backtrack all the way to the start to find flowey
It was never really explained how Flowey was able to show real compassion at the end. Also if somehow he could, it would not hurt Flowey that much to kill Frisk because he knows Frisk can just respawn.

La verdad esa ruta es hermosa, pero me sentí un poco triste al ver que Asriel no tuvo un final feliz y probablemente se quede solo para ya no lastimar a nadie más.
