12/16 Reflection:
I think its time to look back on this animation and analyse how much I've improved. I've had both praise and criticism for this particular animation of mine. I'd like people to keep in mind that this was my first crack at this sort of animation, and took me only 3 weeks, compared to the 3-5 months they now tend to take me.
But looking back, this animation is only 'ehh, not that good'. I can easily see why people wouldn't like it. The timings are way off, there's spelling mistakes, wrong animation type, unsatisfying ending, bad pacing, too easy-looking etc etc.
I've taken it all on board and strive to improve all of these aspects. My more recent animations should show this improvement, and I continue to plan to make animations, focusing on accuracy.
Be it 2d or 3d (I'm not all too good at characters, but environments I love to make) I'd love to hear of some of the ideas that people might want me to make in the future. - เกม

I'm on my first playthrough of undertale, stuck on asgore and my friend is forcing me to do a pacifist run as my first playthrough so I am... he told me in genocide I will fight sans and that he's difficult, but I thought this video was impossible! You mean the sans fight is harder than this?!?
Edit: I did a genocide run, fought sans, can confirm this video is a walk in the park compared to. Somehow only took me about 30 attempts, but I had a REALLY bad time... sheesh

And then he rained hell instead of talking, caught me super off-guard. Instantly went from 92 hp to 1 hp and crying of fear. I genuinely thought after my first few attempts that it's not possible to survive his first attack without getting hit, and when I find out someone did the entire fight without getting hit I was ready to shove my head into my desk and cry. Luckily his first attack isn't that bad anymore but j e e z I was not prepared that first time around
that ending seems like something Toby would put in the game
If the “Frisk” name wasn’t an Easter egg for the demo, in the Genocide route, they could have put that if you had the dog absorb the artifact early on in the game

whoever criticized this to you was way too hard on this. this is like the perfect combination of "edgy fandom stuff" and genuine creativity. your attacks were cool. and the animation isn't 100% perfect but it's sure close enough!

For if this was canon: The dog would only appear if you actually solved the puzzle to see the artifact. Otherwise Sans kills you here and resets your save. A brutal punishment for a potential hard-mode genocide run.
+Jackson Brown or doesn't kill the player like that, but the battle makes the player dodge attacks all over the screen as they plead with their soul, until sans somehow comes back to SANSes and you can kill or spare him.
+JayJay Golden Like in Genocide; with how you had needed to Fight him to advance in the battle, Pleading would yield the same effect.
If you don't get the artifact perhaps you'd rather have to wait out Sans, because he could barely hold off exhaustion in his regular form, so I doubt he'd be able to stay in in Ultra Sans for very long.
Or instead the dog just runs around and gets on his head
Than sans hits himself making a crack and light comes out then normal sans is there

+CommanderAuk I think instead the Dog sleeps next to the soul causing Sans to accidentally kill him as he turns back to normal to mourn over him "even though he was annoying, he was only being a dog", you obtain the Legendary Artifact. He notices and turns back to Ultra Sans making the true battle begin.

This should be for someone who has done the genocide run 6 times. and it takes six rounds for you to die and only six chances to escape.
I remember, this was one of the things that got me into the undertale fandom, this right here is a staple of undertale history, like the first car to ever exist to a mechanic, this is the first time where "sans goes all out" to us.

i remember watching this very close to when it came out as a kid, thinking it was real (apparently “fan-made” means legit) with no knowledge of undertale. Good times.
despite being a completely ridiculous boss, the attacks you thought up were actually pretty legit. really hard to dodge, but dodgeable, as well as unique (granted, lasers like that don't really fit, but the concepts were there). well done.

I actually watched this video like 4 years ago, with absolutely no knowledge of what Undertale even was, and so when I saw a genocide playthrough a few months ago, and Sans came up on the battle screen, but the normal fight ensued, I was confused as to why it was different. Now I know, having finally found this video again.
Such an awesome video. Very well done. Also, INCREDIBLE job on the remix for this fight. SO GOOD! Nice job.

+Jonathan Ellis Awesome! I know that Disbelief Papyrus sprites already exist. They're static images, but Papyrus doesn't move during his first fight anyways. Other than that, he pretty much uses bones to attack like Sans. Unless you want to put some extra crazy spin on it yourself hahah.

That can be solved by having this fight have 2 conditions to get to. 1: Must be on Genocide Route. 2: Must of gave the dog the Strange Artifact. If condition 2 isn't done, then it's just the regular Sans fight.
