    These online core workouts will carve out your abs and torch your core muscles with 10 dynamic classes starting at 10 minutes each. Prepare to go beyond crunches - you’ll build heat with classic core work, then up the ante with props and fiery new moves that will challenge your limits. Each class targets a different area of your midsection to build functional strength and hit your abs from every angle.       He Does seem chill and that’s a riot what you said! My abs are ridiculously sore today but I just have to do this routine again!

    Who needs coffee first thing in the morning when there is an Abs with Patrick class? This was soooo awesome and my abs were screaming, happily, on those knee side turns. Thank you so much for such an intense and unique core workout. I was excited to literally start my day with this and now, you will be seeing me every morning.

    I was following you from so long on Instagram came across your channel recently. In the beginning I was happy that its easy. After sometime I looked at my clock and it was just 5 minutes😲😲.
