Really helpful. Been working with this for a week or so. I feel like I’m using glute muscles to move the sits bones. I can feel and see myself get taller as the glutes contract under me. Having a harder time feeling pubic and coccyx compared to sits bones. Any advice?

I got it activated, however - Don’t quite understand the purpose of the hand movements though :(
Arif as you bring the hand in intensify the contraction first hand strike a little contraction then the second and deeper contraction
