No matter how often i do any of Patrick's videos, I always get tricked into thinking I've done all X amount of reps, then on the last one he adds a few more! My favourite TH-cam yoga instructor for definite!

Thank you Patrick for the great challenge. I was about to started handstand training routine when I came across this, thought these are essential elements for handstand and decided to used it as warm up. How naive I was, it turned out to be a bit too strong for warmup, but it’s still very good workout.
