    No matter how often i do any of Patrick's videos, I always get tricked into thinking I've done all X amount of reps, then on the last one he adds a few more! My favourite TH-cam yoga instructor for definite!

    It's alarming that 4 minutes into this workout, plank actually felt like a resting pose 😂 well done!

    My kids don’t have school for two weeks so we did this to start the day get them some exercise. Thank you for being apart of the May family P.E. Class

    Thank you Patrick for the great challenge. I was about to started handstand training routine when I came across this, thought these are essential elements for handstand and decided to used it as warm up. How naive I was, it turned out to be a bit too strong for warmup, but it’s still very good workout.

    I did it but it was hard for me in some part for some exercises i need it impove. But try its better than nothing
