This is one of my favourite practices of all time. I used to do it often about two years ago. Since then, I’ve become a mother and lost nearly all connection with my own body, as it was so deeply in service of a young human. This was my first moment coming back to practice and it’s made me feel strong where I felt weak, connected where I felt disconnected, playful where I felt stuck. 20 minutes is such a great amount of time for a busy mother as well. My gratitude knows no bounds 🙏🏼

"find your area of focus… sometimes it's external, sometimes it's internal…" - that was really helpful. It surprises me how I can quickly loose focus when I realize I'm not actually focused on anything physical. then I regret searching for finding that space to look, once I loose balance/breath rhythm, etc... Great class and thanks for keeping an archive - it's all amazing content and I appreciate you sharing. Peace!
It's a wonderful flow, yet at this pace and only with an in- or exhalation per pose it's a bit too rushy. If the title says - smooth yoga flow for advanced yogis there won' be any disappointed people here in the channel :). Thnx Patrick, you're always an inspiration!

Ok i ve tried speed 0.5. Its brutal especially toward the end when doing dolphin pose 😊but loved it still; patrick also sounds super high at that speed which is funny
