    Just found out depression after heart surgery is a thing. Struggling really bad 1 1/2 yrs later. I'm gonna try this, so thank you!

      I am so sorry!!!! Depression is a REAL thing and can be disabling! I didn't know about heart surgery causing it, but I can see how that could be possible. I hope this helps in some way.     This is my favorite chair yoga video. I only learned about chair yoga 3 weeks ago and I love it. It helps with my stress and because of a knee injury, it's the only exercise that doesn't aggravate it. Thank you very much!

    I am recovering from left knee replacement and right hip replacement. I haven’t been able to return to chair yoga for almost two years. I am so happy I happened on to this class which was perfect from head to toe and ending with a wonderful time of relaxation, Shavasana ! Namaste~~

      Once again thank you Jan. I am a senior who has damage to my lower spine and consequently suffer nerve pain in my legs and toes. Are there any yoga positions that will help me with this problem. Drugs are not working.

    I start each day with you Jan! I have cerebral palsy and modify the lower body exercises a bit, but it helps me move and shake off that adrenaline and anxiety beautifully! Thank you!💗

    Exercises done a little quickly…almost frenetic…Not relaxing
