Could down dog be causing my low back pain?
Sorry for the slow reply. If anything, if done correctly, downdog will help your back. Make sure you are bending your knees.
Very much like our Chair Yoga teacher yet, no quick rolling at all. Thanks and I like the slow motion better in order to become aware of feet that are our foundation when we walk, and I notice me feelings improved and the fear of falling totally reduced! ❤

So simple, so foundational, so effective. I walk between 10,000 and 13,000 steps a day, just at work, and my feet are crunchy like breakfast cereal. This felt amazaballs ;-)

Jan, I love your work! I, too, am a yoga instructor, teaching seniors in chair and off. Would you mind telling me which microphone you use? Also, is it wired or wireless, or battery operated?
