    As a certified yoga instructor, I want to send my thanks to SZM for wonderful yoga instruction for all followers--the young and the old, and those with ailments. Sherry is fun and knowledgeable. My friends and I often share the experience together. For your health...do it!

    love your videos. so accessible for all. If you want to add an isometric contraction to release tight neck muscles, hold the heel of your hand against your Right temple as you turn your head to right, preventing yourself from turning your head to the right. Hold and breathe. Then release and feel the extra motion your neck has.

      Thankyou so much for that extra video Sherry. I am actually waiting for my hip op date to be set. I have extra weight my specialist wants me to lose plus strengthen the muscles on the weak hip.
      I suppose I’m concerned that my muscles are too weak which could potentially cause post op complications and pain. If you could also suggest any specific muscle strengthening exercises for the weak hip pre op I would most appreciate this. I do the chair yoga for lower back pain each day. Regards

      Hi Beverly! So happy to hear that you benefit from my Yoga practices. Keep in my that gentle movement practices like Chair Yoga help with many chronic conditions, including Diabetes 2. There is no magical Yoga practice for Diabetes. Yoga helps the body organically and naturally by moving and stimulating all of our internal systems.     Sheri, are you from New Jersedy? When you say skucking and other words I guess NJ? I'm from PA and we imiitated NJ accent a lot...heheheh ANYHOW Matsuko and I enjoy doing your chair yoga every other morning--that other day we way 2 miles on what we call the "Firstfield Loop"...nice to get out and see the world and see some familiar faces. We LIKE your pink shirted exercise in front of those wooden doors the BEST!!! PLZ DON'T TAKE IT AWAY! The origianl one we use to watch was removed! We watch this one at after telling us and others about the exercises at that historic location sorry i forgot its name. Your smile, words, and simple jeans and pink top attire is wonderful. Nice that you added text at the bottom for people with hearing problems...hehehe...maybe some people who forgot to put on their hearing aids??? Ya, I like to joke!
